Good location to shopping, meals and the beach.

This is a very nice rental but could use a good deep cleaning. The rental was clean and ready for use but slightly shabby bathroom, with a very leaky tub faucet. Amenities were great with laundry soap, shampoo, etc. and some staples (including coffee and filters) in the kitchen and frig. This is a good location to this part of Kihei and the beach for excellent sunsets. However, being in Building 1 there was more traffic noise than we expected. Fortunately, it was less after 10:00 pm so sleeping was fine. Communication with the owner was great and it is a rental we would consider again.
