Kihei Bay Surf Studio #238 is a remodeled upstairs studio with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, mountain and tennis court views. It has a king bed and a double sofa bed and it can sleep 3 people. Kihei Bay Surf Studio #238 features a room unit air conditioner in the living room, Flat screen TV, and WIFI. Coin-operated laundry room on-site. A $200 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
The Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and Kalepolepo Beach and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond. Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV and can sleep from 2-3 people. In addition there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills and common laundry areas for your use. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. The Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to shops, restaurants and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. This is one of the best values in Kihei.
** Important Notice: The coin-operated laundry room sustained water damage in March 2026. It is estimated the laundry room will be unavailable through April 2026. The nearest coin-operated laundry service is 1.3 miles away, Lipoa Laundry Center. Contact our office for more information. **

The rental was great! Pretty comfortable bed, clean, right across from the beach. Close to a lot of good restaurants/food trucks. It had everything we needed for this trip. One small soap for the shower and no shampoo or conditioner so just be aware of that and bring your own.

The host service was wonderful to deal with and proactively replaced our TV during our stay. The accomodation itself was very clean and comfortable. Perfect size and location. Everything I needed was provided. Very clean and comfortable bed. I didn't sit on the futon but it worked out great for my suitcase to sit on. The view was of the tennis court but the birds and beautiful landscaping was just perfect for my morning coffee and Journaling. The hot tub was under construction and I wasn't notified about it until i was already there. Otherwise no complaints.

This property is in the best location - easy drive to Haleakala mountain and to Lahaina as well as Wailea. Surrounded by many great restaurants and a great beach with turtles! Overall, the property is simple but perfect for a family who is looking for a place to sleep while they are out all day.
