Kihei Aloha e ke Aloha Lagia!

The property is as advertized. It came for me at the time I needed the space and location for moving back to the islands. Being part of the solution, it did have small roaches coming up from bathroom vanity area. Otherwise timing for some true upgrades will always be worth the investment. Me ke Aloha nui a hui hou!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this property. The location was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, the gardens with the food trucks, and the lovely park across the street. a last-minute trip but a wonderful break and much needed vacation. My host was excellent and very sweet and accommodating. For the price the accommodation were great. Very clean and I had everything I needed.

Great get away spot

This property was ideal for our week on Maui. It was close to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and came with all the amenities that we required, including beach chairs and towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards and coolers. It is small but since we spent every day out and about we were happy with it. Would consider staying there again.

Cozy Room!

The room was overall in great shape and clean. The host provided additional items such as beach towels and chairs. Although thereā€™s no kitchen, the host has a microwave and refrigerator. The room was honestly a perfect fit for what we were looking for. The location is absolutely ideal and within walking distance to so many fun places to check out. The little touches the host has throughout the room was very much appreciated.

We brought our unit at the Island Surf because of the awesome Ocean View and location.

The Island Surf is conveniently located on the South Shore in the heart of Kihei. Shopping, activities and the beach are just steps away. We are within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants of all types, a grocery store, car rental, South Maui Gardens, The Triangle.

Enjoy the swimming pool located on the 2nd level and rent bicycles, surfboards, snorkel equipment, and diving equipment right in the building! Want to try your hand at surfing? Rent a surfboard and walk directly across the street to enjoy riding the waves.

The Island Surf is located in the heart of Kihei, across the street from The Cove beach and Kalama Ocean Park. The Cove is known as the best place in Maui to learn how to surf; sign up for surfing lessons, carry your surfboard across the street to the gentle surf and begin your Maui Surfing Adventure. Rent surf boards, paddle boards, diving equipment, and kayaks right in the building. It doesnā€™t get any better than this.

Walk to any of the many delicious restaurants from award winning Food Trucks to five star fine dining and night life.

You are located in the center of tourist attractions: you can walk to restaurants, grab a shaved ice, or stop and have a bite to eat, and people watch, at one of the sidewalk cafes. Kalama Park is a fun place to sit on the break wall and watch the surfers at the Cove. Sign up for surf lessons and walk across the street to catch your first wave. Sunsets are beautiful, watch turtles feed at dusk along the ocean rock wall, AND it's right across the street from shopping and dining at ā€œThe Triangleā€ live entertainment,

Walkways along the ocean, pavilions, picnic areas, with bbqs, tennis and volleyball courts, a skating rink (skates available for rent), Children's Park, & a huge Skateboarding area and several baseball fields. Well known as a great place for locals and visitors alike to enjoy Maui Sunsets, watch accomplished and beginner surfers, whale watch during season and home of canoe clubs. Many events are held in the park

What makes this property unique

You are located in the Heart if Kihei. The Cove is across the street and known for its gentle waves and sunsets. Watch for turtles eating off the rocks. Kihei Road is the main street in and you will find the center of Kihei's tourist attractions.

On the 1st floor of the Island Surf building you can sign up for surfing lessons, (the Coveā€™s waves are perfect for beginners), Grab and Go, Saltwater Cafe restaurant, get a massage, hair cut or even a tattoo. Next to the building is a huge nursery and food truck park, Blue Door Bread Company and coffee spot.
