The balcony is a great place to relax while sipping coffee or your favorite beverage! The fully stocked kitchen and quality cookware lets you be creative while preparing meals, even on vacation. Nicely Furnished with quality linens, cookware and everything you need for a relaxed vacation! The owners have tastefully decorated Tarpon Flats for a casual & "beachy" vibe. Relax in comfort surrounded by plenty of natural light and fresh, new decor!

Featuring 3 large bedrooms & sleeping 6. The Master bedroom features a super comfortable king sized bed; additional bedrooms feature a queen size bed and two full size beds. There is an abundance of new linens, pillows and blankets to choose from. You will not be disappointed!

There is a large screened in balcony/porch in the back with comfortable patio furniture and a hammock - perfect for an afternoon nap! The porch overlooks a lush backyard and another concrete patio below where you can grill. Relax or dine.

Cute home on the bay with close proximity to beach as well as free trolley to explore the surrounding areas. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The decks were nice as well.

Very enjoyable stay! The proximity to the water was perfect! The primary bedroom does stay warmer than the rest of the house but overall, it was great! Laura was a super helpful host and made sure our stay was wonderful!

Perfect Vacation

This property worked out so well for me, my husband and our grandchildren. It had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and fun! We appreciate the wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys to make our beach adventures fun and easy.

Great stay steps from Bradenton Beach

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, well equipped with plenty of amenities in the kitchen, beach equipment, lots of towels and beach towels, a washer and dryer. The couch was so comfortable and great to laze on in the evening. We enjoying sitting on the front balcony/porch having a morning coffee, this side of the house is east and bay side facing so you can watch a beautiful bayside sunrise. Communication with the host was flawless and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent Spring Break!

AMI is our yearly destination for spring break. This was our 10th year. We’ve stayed at condos and multi-family houses throughout Bradenton beach. This was our favorite space. Communication with Laura was top-notch. Location, accuracy, affordability, all exactly what we needed. Well-stocked kitchen, beach necessities, laundry, etc. Looking forward to our stay for spring break 2026!!

Great place

Easy access to the beach with a short little walk. Host has a wagon to get your stuff to the beach. There’s a great crosswalk on 25th street. Other beaches are just a short drive. The interior was clean and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed sitting out on the back balcony and enjoy the evening.

Though the weather could have been a tad warmer, it was still a glorious place to be. So close to the beach and bay, Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Great places to dine and close to some friends. The house was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable bed, great shower, nice living room and TV's. Kitchen was very well-equipped. Porches were nice.

The best week!

Great location. Perfect house. We had everything we needed for our family vacation. One of the best hosts I’ve ever rented from. Laura was so helpful and accommodating. The house was in a great location to walk or bike to restaurants and the beach. The view of the bay was incredible. The beaches on Anna Maria are unmatched. We can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Great stay

Overall this was a great place! Location was great..could see the Bay from the balcony and the beach was a 3 block walk. Close to everything- however we rented a golf cart for the week so that made getting around 100% easier. Neighbors we encountered were all very friendly. If I could give recommendations for anything it would be that the bathrooms could use some updates. And the beach chairs werent the best - but we brought our own also. AMI is amazing and we had the best time and will be back.

All you will need is your bathing suits and flip flops!

Wow! What a great time our family had on this vacation. This house is in a great location and is a close walk to the beach or for a short stroll to view the bay. Our family loved the restaurants and experience of the places that Laura suggested. Laura has prompt communication and is a wonderful host. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We spent 2 weeks at this near perfect property! Clean, well appointed, quick walk to the beach and access to the garage was a life saver for the beach cart. Laura was great and very responsive. No complaints! This felt like home away from home! We will be back!! Fridge is a bit older but very large and works great!

Excellent!!

The property was exactly as described and pictured!!! It was just a few minute walk to the beach and beautiful waterway views from the deck. Had everything we needed for cooking and anything you might need for a day at the beach, chairs, umbrella, buggy, etc. Laura was phenomenal every step of the way and extremely prompt and courteous when responding. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great rental

My family and I which consisted of my two boys, my parents, and my husband and I found the accommodations to be quite spacious and very comfortable. We are only three blocks from the beach. There was a tent that everybody fit under to block the sun at the beach, a wagon, & plenty of chairs. The beds were all very comfortable. And I’m pretty picky when it comes to beds. But I slept great. The outdoor porch was good it was screened in. Everybody enjoyed the hammock. The neighborhood was wonderful everybody felt safe. And Anna Maria Island was great we loved it!

Met basic needs but…

The house met our basic needs but needs some work. One of the doors to the front balcony wouldn’t shut properly nor lock. During our week long stay we had to prop a dining room chair against the door to keep it shut. Reached out about the issue, the manager responded via messages very quickly but the problem was never fixed. Another major issue is the “master” bathroom. This bathroom has the only shower/tub. So with 5 people having to share was a timely inconvenience. The biggest problem with the bathroom is the “contemporary” glass blue sink. The sink had a green mold growing from the handle and the sink was very loose. My wife and I refused to the sink for any reason. Often going to the kitchen to brush our teeth. We did love how close to house was to the beach and the screened in back baloney with the hammock. We definitely appreciated all the beach gear.

Great Location but...

The pictures show the property accurately but you miss all the fine details. The location was good. Bay views and breezes. A short 3 block walk to the gulf where the beaches are beautiful. the house itself is spacious and has a great shower (only 1). On our second day the faucet in the kitchen stopped working which was replaced the next day. the kitchen was well equipped. The main bed was extremely soft and low to the ground which didn't work for my husband. He switched he'd to another bedroom and that seemed to work for him. The floors let my feet black and I sent a picture to the manager and never heard back from her. The sink and faucet in the bath were very wobbly which was fixed as best as possible. The pipes under the sink were not correct so the handyman came back again and fixed that. The screened in porch had a torn out screen which was removed and never replaced. Most of the window had no screens and had to be propped up to keep them open. The tile floors were cracked and chipped. The bathroom cabinetry was old and in need of replacement. The garage door opener didn't work properly, but that was fixed also. Out door lighting was askew. The stairs heading down to the grill had feces on them. the screened in porch had outdoor debris inside that wasn't swept out. the fence in the side yard was broken down and laying in the neighbors yard. The tv and internet was spotty at best. Outside needed a good cleaning also. Good Luck if you rent.

Quiet, relaxing bayside rental!

Tarpon Flats is a fantastic rental! The location is in a quiet neighborhood on the bay. It is a short 3 blocks to the beach. The single unit house has three spacious bedrooms, plenty of living and storage space and has a two car garage with automatic doors. The laundry area is also located in the garage with a front load washer and a newer dryer. The living room and dining room area is very large and open with a huge sectional couch and a dining table that can seat at least six people. There are two sets of French doors that open to a balcony that is great for sitting and sipping coffee in the morning. There is a huge flat screen smart tv with Roku, Netflix, Prime, etc. The kitchen has modern appliances and everything we needed to prepare our meals. A starter roll of paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher tablets were provided. The pantry was a decent size and there was plenty of storage in the kitchen cabinets. All of the dishes, plates, silverware, pots and pans were in really great shape. The house has a small half bath that is perfect for kids or if you’re like me, a great place to do hair and makeup when the master bath is in use! The master bath is modern and well appointed. The rain shower head is AWESOME! The only issue I had was the counter in the master bath was a little high for me to brush my teeth. The master bedroom had a wonderfully comfy king sized bed. There was a eight drawer dresser with a huge flat screen smart tv sitting on top. There was plenty of closet space in all three bedrooms and each closet had plenty of hangers. The screened in porch is accessed through the master bedroom. It is a huge quiet relaxing space with a hammock at one end and a group of patio furniture at the other. There are two lighted ceiling fans over head that are operated by remotes stored on the wall by the door. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has two single beds. These are great family sleeping accommodations. All of the towels and bed linens were in great shape. The beach towels were of good quality. The beach gear include a sand buggy, beach chairs, pool noodles and sand toys. There was a beach umbrella which was in good shape and when we asked, a canopy was available. This is a great rental whether it’s for your whole family or just you and you significant other. It has everything you could want in a vacation rental on Anna Maria Island.

Perfection in Paradise!

This was the perfect property for my family. It has everything we were looking for and more. The property manager was always quick to respond and give great tips for exploring the island. The home is just a short walk to the beach or playground around the corner. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay with the Best of Both Worlds!

What a perfect property! Start your day on your deck watching the sun rise over the bay then enjoy the sunset a few steps away on the beautiful beach. Location- This property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood where you really feel like you can live like a local. There's ample space with the 2-car garage and small yard in the back of the home. You are a short stroll (2 short blocks) to the beautiful beach. Property- The property is spacious and well-decorated. All of the linens are of fine quality and it is well stocked with anything you might need. The bedrooms are exceptionally comfortable and the living area offers ample space to accommodate your family. Amenities- You will find anything you could possibly need at this property! The kitchen is well stocked and includes a large fridge, full size oven, dishwasher & microwave- all very high end. Lots of cups, plates, wine glasses and silverware for everyone. The open floor plan creates a space where everyone can communicate. The ceiling fans help keep things cool even on the hottest days. We did fine with one tub/shower and at one point there were 6 of us. (I was somewhat concerned because we had to get ready for a wedding but the space is so roomy we had zero issues.) A huge variety of beach chairs, sand toys, an umbrella and wagon can be found in the garage. The garage is a nice perk so your car stays cool and safe. Unlike most AMI properties, you can easily park 4 vehicles. We loved having the hose handy to wash our feet and beach toys. There is a full size washer & dryer in the garage which comes in handy for wet towels and suits. My favorite feature of the property is the screened-in porch. It is a great space for morning coffee or to unwind at the end of the day. The outdoor fans keep it cool and relaxing. Check-in was a breeze and the door code eliminates the risk of losing keys. The property manager is outstanding and quickly answered any of my ridiculous questions. I give her an A+++ We have been visiting AMI for over a decade and this property is exceptional. We would definitely stay here again!

When we found this property we knew it was in the perfect location! It's a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. It's super close to grocery, pharmacy, beachy shops and restaurants. Our purpose was to create a comfortable, well stocked beach home where you can litterally arrive and relax.
