Centrally located to the beach - you can walk right across the street. It is a busy road to cross which was noted in other reviews. Bedding and Furniture could use an upgrade, beach chairs and supplies also need to be replaced. You can't beat the price! Overall very clean and well maintained - extremely responsive host.
