Flat N01 is very well equipped and comfortably sleeps 8, with three large bedrooms and a children's bedroom, three bathrooms and a large living area totalling 150 m².
The living room, with its lounge, dining area and open-plan kitchen, is spacious and bright thanks to the large balcony, which also offers a beautiful view of the village and surrounding mountains.
The View" is one of the only residences in Châtel with direct access to the ski slopes and immediate proximity to the village centre. All you have to do is put on your skis at the foot of the residence to reach the first ski lifts.
To get to the centre and all the activities, restaurants, bars and shops, you can take the side paths or the road on foot. The free shuttle bus stop is just 100 metres from the residence. So you can enjoy your stay without needing your car!
This recently built residence has a contemporary design, combining modernity with Alpine charm. The interiors, designed by a professional decorator, are a perfect blend of contemporary décor and mountain ambience.

INFORMATION Direct access to the slopes. Close to the village centre. Snow tyres / chains are required during the winter season. The exit from the car lift is on a bend, making it difficult for vehicles over 4.8m long and 1.9m wide. Pay parking is available 800m from the residence. Belle location, bien située, confort et espace agréable. Seul bémol, le parking via ascenseur, il faut une petite voiture pour pouvoir en sortir !

Short ski break
Lovely spacious apartment with great view over Châtel in keeping with the name.
Advertised ski in/ ski out but this is snow dependent-could be improved by some landscaping/matting on path to piste.
Access to the 2 car lifts which access the car park is extremely difficult and would be impossible if large car. Unfortunately on the day of our departure the lift was broken which we had not been informed about despite the management company being aware. We spent the morning trying to contact the management company, the lift company and then local taxi company to arrange alternative transport to Geneva airport instead of skiing which was a bit frustrating. One of the other residents informed us this has been a recurring problem since the apartment block opened and she therefore recommends any visitors do not park in the car park. Would have been good to have been warned that this was an issue!
