Take in the SPECTACULAR views of the emerald water which are hard to miss from the moment you enter the unit into the main open floor plan living area. The two guest suites are on either side near the entrance of the unit while the primary bedroom is separate and shares the views of the gulf. Dining for six and an additional four at the bar as well in addition to the outdoor seating on the spacious balcony allow for plenty of entertaining and room to spread out.
*BEDROOMS: Primary Bedroom (king) which is gulf front with balcony access as well as en suite master bath (separate tub & shower, 2 vanities). Guest Bedroom (king) with en suite bath (shower) and Guest Bedroom (Queen) with en suite bath (tub/shower combo) that also has an access from the hall.
*COMPLEX & AREA INFORMATION: Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A in Walton County, Florida, it's minutes from the Fort Walton and Panama City Beach Airports but worlds away from the crowds. Our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.
*AMENITIES: On site is an equipped fitness room, which has 3 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 cross-trainers/ellipticals, weight machines and free weights. We have high speed wireless internet access throughout the building. A community barbecue area with gas grills and seating are also located on the property for guests use. The pool and hot tub are gated and overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and also require keypad gated access for privacy. Nestled between the 2 gated non-rental housing communities, we enjoy a very private and quiet beach. On-site Security is provided through the gated access into covered parking for one vehicle with outside parking for additional vehicles. All 48 units in the 4 story building open into a 50 ft high tropical atrium with interior plants, large skylight, with sofas and chairs throughout.
*FREE BEACH CHAIR SETUP! Two beach chairs and one umbrella are included in your rental and additional setups as well as kayak and paddle board rentals are available on site. Bon Fire Services also available. Bike rentals are right around the corner.
*Tents & canopies are not allowed on the beach, smaller sun shades for infants are permitted. This is to allow ample room for our owners & guests to enjoy our private beach
