18 Sugar Dunes "Southeast of Disorder" is a gulf front Seagrove Beach Condo. in Sugar Dunes, a 4-floor, 24 unit condominium with a private, sugar white sand beach.

You'll have your own private balcony with a comfortable sectional for lounging or a bar top table and 4 chairs for dining. Stairs lead from the balcony directly to the beach where your two beach chairs and umbrella are set up for your each morning. You can add additional chairs from the beach service vendor or use chairs stored in our balcony closet.

18 Sugar Dunes is located on the top floor so it is quieter than the units on the bottom floors. No noisy neighbors upstairs! The newly renovated condo has cathedral ceilings that makes the condo feel more spacious.

We manage the condo ourselves so that you don't have to deal with a management company and no added managers fees. Our guests have our personal cell phone numbers where we can be reached 24/7 to answer any questions or to deal with any maintenance items.

The unit has an awesome kid-friendly bunk room; master suite with a king bed and a jetted tub; another king ensuite and an additional spacious king bedroom--everything you need for the ultimate escape for family and friends.

Slip out to the porch deck complete with a comfortable sectional and a bar top table and 4 swivel chairs to look directly onto the beautiful sugar-white sand of Seagrove beach. Then walk down your own stairway for direct access to 400 feet of private beach and on to Eastern Lake, a coastal dune lake paradise for paddle board and kayaking. Kids of all ages will LOVE it!

Venture east or west along 30A and you'll find 26 beach neighborhoods, each with its own distinct personality. Some architecture will remind you of exotic locations while others will cause you to start singing lyrics to a Jimmy Buffett song.
