We loved our stay! Communication with the host was great! The property was as described and perfect for our stay exploring the city. We loved being so close to all of the historical sites St. Augustine has to offer. We loved the alley way parking that made loading and unloading easy. The host went above and beyond providing bathroom necessities and it was great to have a stocked coffee cabinet! We would love to stay again!

This bungalow is so well appointed. The kitchen is large enough, and supplied very well. You could easily prepare meals. The living room is comfortable, as is the bedroom. The bathroom has all the essentials including a great shower head. Location is great, restaurants and bars easily within walking distance. We also enjoyed the screened in porch.

I was very pleased with the cottage, especially that it was within walking distance of the historic district, restaurants and the trolley stop. It was comfortable, clean but a bit worn.
We were traveling through the area, and never had stopped off to visit St. Augustine. This cottage was perfect for our two night stay with our little dog. Walking distance to all local attractions and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone to stay if they are passing through St. Augustine.

Thank you for staying with us Diana. Please come visit us again soon. We recommend the Nights of Lights Festival during the Holidays until the end of January.
Pictures don't show how comfortable the bed is, how good the shower is, how nice the towels are, how quiet the AC is and how safe the neighbourhood is - the cottage is adorable, Jim can be proud of his rental.

This little gem was a perfect hideaway for my husband and I while we explored St. Augustine and the nearby beaches. We could walk everywhere. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house had more than enough amenities. Thanks for a great and relaxing vacation!

Will return to this wonderful space. Excellent location, private and comfortable. After we arrived we noted the hotels 3 blocks north and further away from the city’s downtown attractions. Felt very grateful for such a nice place closer to what we wanted to see with much more privacy. Highly recommended.

Thank you for staying with us and your positive energy. We hope you will be able to come visit us again here or our place in West Palm Beach.
We were really pleased that the unit was just as advertised. It has all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the linens for the kitchen and bathroom were bountiful. It was quite cool during our stay so we really appreciated the extra blankets to cozy up with. Incredible location! We parked the car when we got there and didn't need it until it was time to leave the city.

Went to see the Christmas Lights. The location of the property was spot on. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The place was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and there was coffee and creamer which I thought was a nice touch. Plenty of towels in the bathroom including 2 beach towels. Will definitely stay again.

We never been to St. Augustine together, so I was a bit nervous about making everything just right for my wife's birthday weekend. The bungalow was charming, within walking distance of the attractions. Google maps make it look like it's a long walk to the historic attractions, but it really isn't. Mind you we are both in our middle to late 50s and not spring chickens. Parking is available in the back of the bungalow (via an alleyway) which kept our vehicle out of the street. The front street was pretty crowded with vehicles. The host provided a lot of cleaning, bath, coffee, and kitchen supplies, so we didn't have to buy extra at Walmart (which is just a few miles south). Plenty of towels and blankets too.The place is nice and quiet. The courtyard has a tropical feel with outdoor furniture and firepits. There are other units around, but none seemed to be occupied when we were there, or they were very quiet. Actually, the whole neighborhood seemed quiet. As for safety, we had late reservations at Collage restaurant and didn't get out until after 10pm on a Friday night. We felt perfectly safe walking back.Overall, our experience was ideal. We were VERY pleased with the accommodations, location, and safety. Thank you for making my wife's birthday weekend great.

Why they chose this property
When my family and I came upon this delightful location within walking distance to everything we just knew we had to buy it. With lots of hard work, we transformed the cottage in the back from an annual rental into what is now an enchanting secluded vacation rental.
What makes this property unique
The screened in porch greets you as you arrive. You can enjoy scones and a café in the am or Tapas and Vino in the evening. Cottage is located in the back of the main residence so you are off the beaten path for privacy.
