Located in one of Sun Peaks’ newer developments, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet away from the village bustle while being just a 12-minute walk (or a free quick winter shuttle ride) to shops, restaurants, and more.
With 1,500 sq. ft. of open-concept living space, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome has room for everyone to unwind. Relax in the living room with its sectional and cozy chairs by the gas fireplace, or gather around the live-edge dining table for family meals and games. The fully equipped kitchen features stunning wood cabinets, a gas range, quartz countertops, and all the tools you’ll need to create delicious meals.

We love the peaceful mountain atmosphere: far enough from town for tranquility, yet only a 12-15 minute walk when we want to pop in. With stunning views and the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation, it’s an ideal spot!
