3 bedroom/ 2 full bath updated modern coastal beach house with great tranquil energy with intercoastal water on one side and easy beach access on the other side, 1 block away ! Beach decor throughout with updated chefs kitchen and open floorplan. Split master floorplan allows for privacy. All the beach accessories including beach wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, outdoor shower. Walking distance to the Conch Republic for some great seafood and fruity drinks! Causeway for fishing is 2 blocks away.

Great location at Redington Beach

As advertised. Wonderful beach house property, close walking distance to Redington Beach. The public beach access off 158th street leads you to straight to the sand which was mostly empty the week we stayed. Considering the time of year we went (Spring Break) we were bracing for chaos and lots of families. However, if you walked just 10 minutes south, it was packed with people probably due to the concentration of condos/hotels in the area. The home itself was great and it fit our needs perfectly. I was a fan of opening the fridge and finding the prior guest’s remaining beer. Big W for Dads out there starting their kids break, and of course I paid it forward (you’re welcome next guest). The only critique I have is there were only three full-body towels for the bathrooms. Didn’t matter too much since we were with our kids and they could share, but be mindful if you aren’t with family. The home did come with a couple beach towels as well, but again not many. The host was very helpful and prompt, making things easy for us. Would definitely recommend, and plan on staying here again. Hopefully with a fridge that has some beer waiting….

Great location!

We ha a month-long stay at this house in Redington Beach. We love the house and loved the location. There were a few things that I wish had been different, but they probably wouldn’t have bothered somebody who was only there for a week. The furniture is not very comfortable, which is fine short term, but when you’re staying for a full month and you have your 86-year-old mother-in-law with you, I was wishing for a more comfortable chair for her to sit in when she watched TV, and the couch was no improvement. As it is, we moved a chair from the guest room into the living room and that was somewhat better. But again, i’m sure if we had only been there a week we wouldn’t have even cared. On the plus side, the knives in the kitchen are sharp, sharp, sharp, and as a cook, I appreciated that immensely. In fact, I didn’t even need my own knives which I had brought along with me. :)

Perfect Vacation Home

We loved our stay at this property. It is a great location in a nice, walkable neighborhood. The house was clean and stocked nicely with essentials and toiletries. I especially was happy to have plenty of hangers provided in each closet, since not everywhere includes such a simple, but needed item. The main bedroom could use a new mattress, as this one had some substantial sagging. Also would be nice to have a dresser in the bedroom to store things on top of and inside. Besides those two things, I wouldn't change anything. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great house

We love the house and the location. It is a short and easy walk to the beach and the beach had very few people. There is a beach cart and umbrella at the house. We’ve been coming to the area (Redington, Madeira, Indian Shores) for over 10 years and love it! The house is laid out well and had most essentials. There aren’t a lot of storage containers so if you cook and keep leftovers you might want to keep that in mind. There are lots of little extras though - shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, oil, salt & pepper, etc.. Our biggest let down for the week was finding out that canopies are not allowed on Redington Beach. There were 6 of us and we always use a canopy on the beach. We had bought a brand new one for this year. The policeman that came by seemed annoyed that he had to enforce this policy and told us that we could have 85 seven foot umbrellas but not one 10 foot canopy. We used the umbrella from the house and bought another one, but still couldn’t fit 10 people under it. None of this has anything to do with the house or our stay, but I felt others should know about the ordinance. Shame on Redington Beach and shame on us for not checking. We will stay at a different beach in the future.

Awesome place to stay

Property was very clean and spot on to the advertisement- great location for the beach - communications with owner was fast and got our issue resoleved with in an hour. Great host! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home!

I bought this home in November of 2019 because I thought it would be a great space for visitors to enjoy while vacationing in Redington Beach. I hope you enjoy the finishing touches and decor that I've done with this property !

Easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Great fishing causeway in quiet residential neighborhood off 161st Ave. which is 2 blocks from the house. Many restaurant and coffee options within walking distance.
