About this property

Why rent the condo when you can stay in the comfort of your own private home with a heated pool. This newly renovated home ( in January 2023) situated across the street from the beach is the ideal paradise for your dream vacation.

The master suite contains a king bed, and a private full bath with a walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bath down the hall with the third bedroom which contains bunk bed trundle ( twin, full, twin) and 52' TV .

The modern family room with a flat screen TV with satellite programming can be a nice gathering spot to retreat after a day full of sun and beach fun.

The big stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked and opens with double french doors to a recreation room with ping pong table and a super comfortable couch with recliners on both sides. This is a perfect florida room with screens in the sliding doors that open to the pool area, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors when you feel like staying of sun.

Outside you will find fencing surrounding the backyard for extra privacy, the heated & lit pool with a automatic cover ( child protection) and an extra outdoor restroom and shower. The tiled patio has a siting area, four sun beds and a gas grill.

In the attached garage we keep everything you need for a beach, as well as washer and dryer. Next to the garage is another outdoor shower so you never have to bring the sand from the beach to the pool and house.
Please note, house has a parking space for two cars - one in a garage one on driveway. It’s not easy to park in a neighborhood.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS; The Redington area offers wide variety of dining, shopping and entertainment. You can ride tourist trolley from St Pete Beach all the way to Clearwater.
The Clearwater Aquarium, Indian Shores wild Bird Sanctuary, Dolphin watch and Smugglers Reef Miniature Gulf are just a few attractions luring kids off all ages. St Petersburg has weekly concerts, art shows as well as Salvador Dali Museum and world class night clubs.
Major theme parks; Disney Word, Universal Studios and Sea World are only 1.5 hours away, Bush Gardens 45min, Weeki Wachee Spring 1.5h. Famous Miami 4h and Naples 2.5h drive.

Ideal location

This home was the ideal place for our family vacation. The home was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was really nice to have access to both a pool and the beach right across the street. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location to beach!

Fun time with family! Beach is literally steps away. Good restaurants close by and very assessable to catch the trolley. Very enjoyable week!

Beautiful home!

The property is neat as a pin and was spotless when we arrived. Ewa and Casey our hosts had excellent communication and quickly responded to any questions we had. It’s on a fairly busy road but it is remarkably quiet at night for sleeping. The very short walk to the beach made that enjoyable for everyone and the heated pool was a nice way to end the day. The outside shower and half bath accessed from the patio were perfect for rinsing off before and after using the pool and kept wet feet out of the house. Overall the house is tastefully redone and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a heated pool with beach access close by.

Great location! All the amenities!

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal on the beach. This home is literally across the street from the beach access! There were toys for the babies, beach chairs, a great heated pool which came in handy as it was a little breezy when we were there! Everything was in working order, and clean! our only complaint was the limited parking. It was not disclosed in the description that there was only a one car spot in driveway, in addition to a spot inside garage. We had multiple people coming for tenewal( pastor, photographer) and we had to go pick them up at a nearby public parking lot. I feel that should have been disclosed for people arriving in multiple vehicles. Also, no laundry detergent was provided for us to run a load of used sheets as owner asked us to do at departure. It was not stated in description either, that we would have to start laundry so we did not bring detergent. We really enjoyed this home and the weekend with our entire family!

Spring Break 2024

This house was absolutely perfect for our family spring break getaway! We traveled with my two parents, my husband and I, along with our two daughters (ages 3 & 5). The size of the pool is on the smaller side but was perfect for my two young girls to swim in when we didn’t want to walk across the street to the beach. It was a game changer to only need to walk right across the street to the beach with two young children in stead of having to pack up and drive to the beach (even though the street was very busy). They had all of the beach supplies you could think of including beech chairs, umbrella, towels, beach toys and a wagon to hall everything back and forth. They do not provide any kids life jackets for the pool, so we did pack ours in our suitcases for our two daughters. We did see cockroaches the first few days in the kitchen in the evenings that came out from under the appliances (we are from MN but understand that cockroaches are very common in FL) but I contacted the homeowner about it and she had pest control come out to the house that next day to treat the house and we didn’t see any more for the remainder of our stay. All in all the house was incredibly clean and I would highly recommend this house for any desired beach vacation!! 5 stars!
