Short walk to pools & beach access!! Adjacent to tennis/pickleball facility!

Quaint two bedroom/two bath condo located on the first floor (no steps!) at the end of the building creating a quiet sanctuary. Surrounded by beautiful foliage and only a short walk through the landscaped trails to the pools or beach access. Enjoy your getaway in this cheerful haven with bright, colorful, beachy décor and accents in aquamarine & green! This condo features a spacious open living space with double doors to the lovely eat-in, screened-in porch with pass-through window to the thoughtfully-equipped, bright white kitchen! You’ll find cable TVs and wifi throughout, a DVD player in the great room, an airy dining area for 6 for late-night game playing - even a rocking chair reading area on the porch for relaxation! The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bath with shower, and window niche with desk. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and tub/shower combo in the private bath. The hallway features a full-sized washer-dryer, and the shared gas grills and seating area are right outside the front door for meal prep or entertaining ease.

Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort offers several on-site amenities such as two community pools (one heated year-round), hot tubs, a lake with a fishing pier, playground with basketball court and horseshoe court, professional quality clay tennis courts, three new pickleball courts, and outdoor grills. Hidden Dunes also offers a complimentary beach golf cart shuttle during the summer months and from March-October, optional fee-based beach service is available from White Diamond for rentals of umbrellas, beach chairs, tables, kayaks, and paddleboards!

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age. Per Hidden Dunes policy, during spring break dates, anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions!

It's a longer walk to the beach than from most Hidden Dunes condos, but we had an excellent experience. We've stayed in this place several times. We noticed some nice upgrades.

Perfect Beach Cottage

We are a family of four with two children ages 8 & 9. We booked this last minute and were very pleased. The beach cottage is tastefully decorated in beach decor. Everything we needed was available and it was very clean. We knew there was approximately 6-10 minute walk to the beach access. The “Tram” which is a 6 person golf cart worked out perfectly to transport us to and from the beach access. Very little wait time for them to come pick you up. I highly recommend this unit.

Better than we thought

Cottage was incredible. Enjoyed the pickelball and tennis courts. My husband and I love to tour the area but unfortunately for the restaurants we love to grill out. Amazing!

We ended up getting to check in early which was amazing since we drove over 10 hours through the night. The place was super cute, clean, and a close walk to the beach. There were 4 of us, the layout of the house was perfect & we loved sitting outside on the screened in patio. We would 100% stay here again. Side Note: bring extra toilet paper & seasonings if you plan on cooking. Also, there is a tram (golf cart) that is available to drive you down to the beach access (certain days/times).

Lovely Beach Cottage Far From the Beach

This is a lovely beach cottage, very clean and nicely decorated. Everything worked properly and our guests were very comfortable. However, I felt very mislead on the location. It is NOT "close to beach access" unless you are referring to a street that runs through the property. This unit is located near the Hwy. 98, the farthest possible from the beach in the entire property.

Week at Hidden Dunes

Very clean. We had 4 adults, a 16 year old granddaughter and a 12 year old grandson. Had plenty of room. Short walk to main pool. Longer walk to beach. Nice size kitchen with many conveniences, electric skillet, coffee maker and a Keurig, pop up toaster, etc. Enjoyed ourselves immensely.

This place is spacious and tastefully furnished. It is well laid out to give privacy with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.The beds are very comfortable; plenty of closet and drawer space; tvs in each bedroom and in large living room. Hidden Dunes is a well maintained resort. Expect a lengthy walk to the beach from this condo. Overall the place was nice, however it’s feels tired. It’s need updating. The beach is beautiful but this place does not include umbrella and chair set up. Expect to pack or buy everything you need for the beach including towels. The resort is close to everything.

Affordable place, pretty property

I've stayed at Hidden Dunes off and on for 20 years. Beautiful place. Two downers: 1) You can expect your cost to be double the per night fee because of all the additional charges. 2) There is apparently no off season in Destin anymore. We went April 2022 and just now in the first weekend in October. Traffic is horrendous. You'll wait a long time at a restaurant even in October. You can't go down and have a peaceful uncrowded visit. It's a shame because I used to love going there

Great Property in a Great Location

Overall this place was great. The house is the closest to the entrance/exit to the Hidden Dunes property and furthest from the beach. Walking to the beach is not that far. We chose to drive and park our vehicle with all our beach supplies in the open parking close to the beach access most days. The place was clean and cozy. Very quiet area. The only very minor inconvenience we came across was there were no comforters on the beds. Which was not an issue for us as we had brought our own covers. The pools on the property were great as well and were never crowded. We would definitely look to rent this property again when we return to Destin.

Very Dusty even dust balls, food splatters on kitchen walls and cabinets, toilets extremely dirty (black) under rim, shower curtain had black mold on it.
