Large house with 4 bedrooms. No steps to access the Living room, Kitchen, Dining, Deck, Master bedroom with bathroom, and 1/2 bath, all on the main floor. Two Bedrooms with shared bathroom on second floor with loft daybed/trundle. Large bedroom and bathroom separate from the main house for extra privacy for the in-laws, newlyweds, or light sleepers. Large deck off the main floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate all your culinary needs. Many pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Many different sized casserole dishes, baking pans, and cookie sheets. Crock pots, griddle, coffee makers, tea pot, toaster, toaster oven, blender, and mixer.
Considering a Flexcation? This house has the perfect floor plan for this with the 4th bedroom completely separate from the main house. Locate your office in this bedroom that includes chairs and a table and bathroom. Carry over your coffee and complete your projects and conference calls free of noise and interruptions while the rest of the family enjoy their vacation in the main house.
Short 5 minute drive to all the resort amenities such as golf, skiing, snow tubing, Year round indoor/outdoor waterpark. Also available seasonally, miniature golf, go-carts, playground, hiking, and fishing. Shopping, and restaurants. All this located on the resort.

There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
