Staybridge- Grand Rapids

We had an enjoyable stay at this property for a long weekend. The room was well kept with all amenities listed available and working. It is situated in a very good location; close to restaurants and stores with only a short drive required to get to the heart of downtown Grand Rapids.

Great Location

The location is perfect for getting around the greater Grand Rapids area. The rooms were "clean", but you could see certain steps of housecleaning that are consistently skipped.

Horrible Experience

No elevators! Our room smelled moldy and disgusting. The temperature never got below 74 in the room despite setting it to 68. The breakfast bar was EMPTY at 9:30 but was open until 10:30. Beds were hard. Overall bad experience.
