Welcome to one of the exclusive members of the Platinum Maui Vacations Ohana.
We call this Kapalua Golf Villa, Hale O Kauka'i. A Hawaiian phrase which translates to English to 'Home of Sunsets'.

NEW CENTRAL AC, (including new ductwork); includes High Efficiency system with additional state of art ION GENERATOR that purifies the air by removing allergens, mold, viruses & bacteria, (installed Feb/2020).
ALL NEW in 2022: Floorcovering thru-out; Granite Countertops, Sinks and Faucets & Range. New Living room furniture including: Sleeper Sofa, Recliner, Occasional chair, Credenza, Lamps & Smart TV. New Twin Daybed in the converted sleeping quarters, (providing additional comfort & privacy for a guest or family member). Deep Seating Patio set, (couch and chairs with coffee table), from Costco to provide extra comfort beyond the dining set for 4. Master shower was completely re-done, (not yet shown in current pictures), so its a large walk-in, tub has been removed so its safe for people of all ages to use.
The few villas in the Platinum Maui Vacations program not only meet certain design and amenity criteria but also come with all the on island services that 'Platinum Maui Vacations' is known for.
This COMFORTABLE 1 bedroom villa with approximately 1000 sq ft of interior space, not including the large 400 sq ft lanai, (balcony); resides in building 16 on the 'T', (parking level), very convenient with no stairs from your dedicated parking spot approximately 40 feet from your ground level entrance door. Although there are no stairs, this villa is technically on the second floor as you exit onto the lanai,(balcony), facing the view as the entire complex is built on a west facing hillside. This corner villa, (no shared wall on one side), has an expansive living space with large slider doors & windows facing west towards the Pacific Ocean with magnificent Hawaiian sunsets overlooking the Kapalua Bay golf course.
We show all areas in our up to date pictures; be cautious of those ads that do not. The entire villa has been renovated and IS true to what you see in the pictures!
With a king size bed in the primary bedroom with on-suite bathroom and a door for privacy plus a twin daybed & sleeper sofa in living room adjacent another full bathroom, this villa is perfect for up to 4 people to enjoy year round ambiance and memory making moments nestled just above the big blue ocean!
