On the first floor, a beautiful living room with a dining room opening onto the terrace, a living room with a flat screen television, a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, hob, multifunction oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils) and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
