Renovated in May 2019, Ker Iliz is an apartment perfectly equipped to spend a quiet stay, leisure or professional, for a few days or weeks. It can comfortably accommodate 1 to 4 people.

Autonomous arrival, no time constraints!

Located in Bédée, a town 20 km from Rennes, on the 1st floor of a house, the 35 m² apartment opens onto the bedroom with a 140x200 retractable bed (made upon your arrival). On your right, you will find the bathroom with an Italian shower, a basin unit and a toilet.
On the other side, the bright and functional living room consists of an open-plan fitted kitchen, dining table and lounge area with sofa bed, allowing for additional sleeping.

You will have all the necessary comfort:

- Household linen provided for the bed (sheets, towels, tea towels),
- Bed made upon your arrival,
- Wifi internet connection,
- Fitted and equipped kitchen (combined microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, crockery, etc)
- A railing has been installed to secure the stairs.

Transport :
Car: free parking on the street
Because Illenoo - BreizhGo : line 12b to Rennes, departure every hour, 40 min of journey approximately
TER train: nearest stations Montfort sur Meu and Montauban de Bretagne. The TER Bretagne network offers several round trips per day during the week to Rennes.

Other remarks
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
We remind you that pets are not allowed and that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat.
- Please provide linen for the sofa bed, or take it in addition for 10€ to be paid on site.
