This marvelous beach retreat is located in the heart of Orange Beach, Named one of the best stretches of sand in the entire world. It features everything you need for a fun-filled getaway, from waterside restaurants, music venues, convenience stores to amusement parks, state parks, and more. If you're into outdoor activities, the Gulf State Park is two miles from you and offers visitors two miles of powdery sands and the largest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico! The Track is eight miles away and offers endless family-friendly fun with go-karts, rides, and arcade! Half a mile away, Adventure Island features go-karts, bumper boats, laser tag, kiddie rides, and erupting volcano replica that comes alive with a powerful and memorable show; you can even feel the vibrations and feel the steam.

THINGS TO KNOW
This condo allows monthly reservations.
*Construction due to Hurricane Sally repairs is ongoing at the complex. The availability of amenities is subject to the repairs at the time. The elevators are also expecting repairs and may be unavailable intermittently.
Construction begins at 7 am and continues until 5:30 pm with heavy machinery and noise.
Building renovations are currently ongoing at Pelican Pointe and are scheduled to last through Fall, 2022. These renovations include concrete work and balcony railing replacement and involve worker activity, swing scaffolding, and periodic restricted balcony access. In addition, the outdoor pool is scheduled to be closed for the entire month of August.
Due to construction, parking at Pelican Pointe is currently limited to one vehicle per unit. Passes must be purchased on-site through the Security Guard at Pelican Pointe. Parking passes are $30/each (price may be higher for renters staying longer than 30 days) and can be paid via cash or check to the Security Guard. A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season. Thank you!

Dirty. Musty. Great Location.
Loved being the first floor, but this unit needs a deep cleaning, major maintenance and some.upgrades to amenities. Vacasa took three days to fix a patio door and replace a moldy shower curtain liner.

Clean, comfy and on the beach!
We had a fabulous stay in this unit. We stayed 4 nights, 4 adults. PLENTY of room!! Check in/out was super easy and convenient. The condo looks just as advertised and the patio is wonderful! Easy beach access and beach is nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again in the future

Disappointed Snowbirds
This was our first opportunity to be snowbirds. We booked this unit in February for our stay in January. We were immediately told that our parking fee would be more than what we were told. After arguing with the parking lot guard and ultimately the property manager, Vacasa contacted us and told us to pay the extra fee, and they did compensate for the extra amount. It seemed like a line had been drawn without any consideration for us, even though we continually showed them what we were told we would be charged. Upon entering the unit, we found damaged walls, a broken door to the dryer, stained and broken furniture, and poorly apportioned kitchen ware. After purchasing a few items to clean the unit, and some towels for both the bathrooms and kitchen, we were ready to settle in for our stay. Within hours, we were overran by a variety of roaches of all sizes. We were to the point of being afraid to enter the kitchen. Our Vacasa representatives were very polite and helpful. They arranged for pest control to spray our unit, but we had to change our plans to accommodate that process. They also discovered a crack in the wall where roaches were getting in, so they arranged for someone to come seal that. Again we changed plans to accommodate. Overall, the unit is outdated, and did not meet our expectations, considering what we paid, and the number of other units we could have chosen. The location was nice, but we would not rent this unit again.

Great Condo!!!
You can’t beat the ground floor on the corner with huge porch. The porch furniture was top notch. Plenty of room inside, felt like second home
