We met in Denver and moved to Pittsburgh in 2000 and haven't looked back.

Squirrel Hill is a vibrant business district as well as a wide and varied neighborhood. It is walk-able to so many restaurants, gym and many other city amenities. This neighborhood such great access to schools, universities, hospitals and the freeway.

Our property has been fully and completely renovated. We try to modernize and upgrade to enable the property to survive another 100 years while maintaining all the architectural detail and character.
