We just enjoyed three nights at this airy, light, top-floor apartment in the heart of Shadyside. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with a serious oven. Arthur was a gracious host. Loved being within a short walking distance from Walnut Street with its many restaurants and shops and appreciated the parking spot right behind the building. All in all, a great stay!

Great location and bonus for off-street parking and washer, dryer - although we did not use the washer, dryer for our personal use. Only wish was that there was a little more insulation between rooms. We could hear neighbors and I am sure they could hear us, even at conversational levels or normal movement in the space. Overall - great location, great place and will book again. Thanks!

Great location

I used to live in Pittsburgh, and was so excited to find a place that was close to everywhere I wanted to go. Shadyside is a beautiful neighborhood, and this location is close to many shops and restaurants. It’s a short drive from downtown, and we had a wonderful time.

Good place and great location

We stayed here to attend a conference in downtown. The apartment description on listing is very accurate, nice and clean with good amenities! Host was very responsive to all our questions. The neighborhood is great and location is walking distance to good cafes and restaurants. The only downside was that the location was not as close to downtown as we expected and public transportation not great and we had to use Uber to get to hotel daily in downtown where conference was which was costly.
