Summerwinds Condo Complex heat’s one of the 3 pools every winter beginning the first day of Thanksgiving and turns off the first day of April.

This beautiful condo is located on the second floor of The Inn at Summerwind resort. There are three entire buildings to this resort with this one directly situated beside the longest fishing pier in the state of Florida.

Upon arrival, you will enter the double doors right to the elevators. Go up to the second floor.

Step into your condo and experience a Floridian Malcogetaways with beach-oriented decor and Oceanfront views.

We have stocked the condo with 4k ultra HD smart TVs, a 65" TV the living room, and a 43" in the master bedroom. Log In with your account and enjoy Netflix, Sling, Hulu, Prime Video, CH+, Vudu, and Youtube. Cable and WiFi are provided. Cable tv is only provided in the living room. You will have six pool passes that must be worn by each guest who plans to use the pool or hot tub amenities. There are two twin sofa couch, two standing lamps, and a dining table with four chairs in the living room.

This condo has a fully stocked kitchen with new granite countertops and three barstools.

Bathrooms: this unique bathroom setup has access to 2 private toilet and sink sections with one having hall access and the other having access from master bedroom AND one shower section with laundry room in shower room. Both private toilet/sink sections connect to the shower section provided with doors to have privacy in all 3 sections making it a unique full bath with half bath layout.
We do include a hairdryer aside from amenities provided by the cleaning company.

The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with two nightstands and a tall dresser. A closet in the bathroom and down the hall is where you will find the bunkbeds.

From the balcony, enjoy the ease of communication with friends as they play at the pool or relax in the hot tub. On the balcony are chairs and a high table for dining outdoors.

We have provided a beach wagon for your convenience to use during your stay.

Provided for your enjoyment are 3 NICE POOL'S and 3 HOT TUB'S (only one is heated seasonally/this changes yearly on which pool is heated)—fully fenced in with sand for kids to play in, picnic tables, grills, gardens, and showers for coming from the beach. You are allowed to use any pool or hot tub in the Summerwind Complex. Each pool has a bathroom for your use as well.

During your stay, enjoy what each building offers on level 1. Each building has an info center on this level and a gym. If you want snacks and drinks, the building furthest from the pier(west building)offers a little gift shop/bar. You can access this from the parking lot or the pool area. On the ground level, there are vending machines as well.

There is a trash chute right beside the elevators. When you exit the room, fire alarms are to each side of the hallway outside. There are carts on-site at ground level for bringing luggage into the rooms. You will find them located in the foyer of the entrance. You can also pull under the carport if the weather is not ideal.

We use a cleaning company that provides the needed amount of rags, towels, hand towels, and kitchen rags. There will be dishwasher detergent, a bathroom shower mat for stepping out of the tub, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. If you need more rags or towels, there is a washer and dryer in this unit. These are travel-sized amenities, so think hotel.

FUN LOCAL RENTALS TO DO CLOSE BY - kayaks, paddleboards, jet skis, bicycles, scooters, pontoon boats, sailboat, parasailing, waterpark, fly the boat, dolphin tours, and craigcats!

You are located right beside all of the food and drink locations for Navarre Beach. Enjoy any of these Broussard's of Navarre Beach, Juana's Pagodas, Sailors Grill, Beach House Bar and Grille, Windjammer's on the pier, visit the fishing pier, and the gift shop of the pier.

You have a gas station on Navarre Beach, but you will have to drive back across the bridge for shopping needs. There you can find a Dollar Store, Wal-Mart, Publix, Winn Dixie, and a few tourist locations like Navarre Seafood Market, TC's Front Porch, Vine Wine Bar and Shop, Shark Bite Navarre, TOMMY'S SNOBALLS, and more!

From your condo, you are:
-20 min drive to Fort Walton
-20 min drive to Pensacola Beach
-47 min drive to Downtown Pensacola
-15 min drive to Gulf Breeze Zoo
-30 min drive to National Seashore

-a cleaning fee of $135.00

ABSOLUTELY NO LATE CHECKOUTS-10 min past 10 am will result in a minimum of $100.00 late fee, anything above 10 minutes will result in a fee increase.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!!!! If rules are broken there will be a $250 CLEANING FEE . I am the homeowner and I have extreme allergies. There is no exceptions.

NO SMOKING IN THIS CONDO!! If you smoke in the unit there will be a $250 FEE

IF YOU LOSE A POOL PASS YOU WILL BE CHARGED $45.00 PER BAND

NO MORE THAN 6 GUEST PER STAY.
