Our Beach Colony West Penthouse condo on the 17th floor features free beach service (umbrella & 2 chairs). High demand unit . If booked or you want more privacy - ask about our 3 bedroom beach house across the street on Sonata Ct (The Village) with it's own private beach - Homeaway 289086. homeaway/289086

Family friendly only - no college students without parents allowed. Free beach service Mar 1 - Oct 31 included (2 chairs & umbrella worth $200). Read the reviews. Penthouse condo located on the 17th floor of the West (newest) tower overlooking the pool directly on the beach. See virtual tour by clicking the VIDEO button when viewing pictures. - Huge wrap around balcony that connects to the master bedroom.

Restaurants on the island and the pier are short walk down the beach. Slightly past the pier is an incredible man made reef if you enjoy snorkeling. There’s also a tiki bar and restaurant on the other side of the street and decks where you can enjoy the weather as well as wave runner rentals, bike trails, & beach volleyball.

Owners live out of state and there is no condo staff there after 5pm to assist with checkin should you encounter an issue.
If you checkin after 10pm plz observe the HOA condo quiet hours rules - be as quiet as you can with the carts and voice levels

Great place to stay

This was a great location in a quite area with a private beach which was just beautiful. however there wra couple of small details that was annoying, the telescope was useless it was broken and the binoculars were very weak we could barley see the dolphins as they swam by. The other minor details we figured out by the time we left, like the gate code.
