Cozy, yet modern 2BR + loft condo in Vail Racquet Club, sleeps 6. Open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen & fireplace. Private deck on 3rd floor (STAIRS ONLY) overlooks Gore Creek and evergreens. Just a 2-min walk to Vail’s free bus. For those who would like to use Club amenities (Hot tubs, Sauna, Steam Room, Gym, Pool, Pickleball, Tennis...) Club charges a DAILY FEE OF $35 PER GUEST. Ask host about volume discount.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. Guest bedroom has a bank bed with a full and a twin bed. There is a Guest bathroom across the hallway. The sofa is a queen sleeper.

The loft is a fun get away area, especially for kids, as one can not stand up completely in most areas. The unit has a washer and dryer.

The space was beautiful and had everything needed. I was especially impressed by how well equipped the kitchen was. The location was just a 10 minute drive from Vail and had a bus stop nearby (though a bit far to walk). Would stay again.

We stayed for a long weekend and the condo was a great spot for my family! Our toddler loved sleeping in the loft area, and the patio was an awesome space to sunbathe, eat, play, and enjoy the creek!

Wonderful Spring Break Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at this cozy condo. The listing represents the property perfectly and communication with the owner was seemless. The condo was nicely decorated, extremely clean, and very convenient to Vail/Beaver Creek. The kitchen was well equiped and our 7 year old LOVED hanging out in the loft! It was the perfect spot to call home for a wonderful week of spring skiing!

We were in town for a youth hockey tournament and some fishing. We immediately felt at home, the property was exactly as represented. Very clean, everything we needed. 3rd floor unit with excellent views of Gore Creek and trees. Very well appointed, everything was in good working order. Prompt and easy communication with property owner. There is some road noise and no elevator, but neither is a deal breaker for us. We enjoyed a very homey and comfortable stay. Will stay again!

This was a great place to spend graduation weekend in late May. Wonderful mountain views and very clean. Check in and out were seamless. It is third floor with no elevator so people with mobility issues should be aware. It was no issue for us. Highly recommended!
