Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed in the condo. Wish the January weather had cooperated a little bit more. One of the coldest Januarys we had since we have been staying in Florida during the month of January. Condo is very conveniently located. Close to the Cove Cay Golf Course and not too far to the beach.

Clearwater Condo

My husband and I stayed at this condo February and March. We found the condo very clean and well stocked with all of the items we needed for a very comfortable stay. The pool is conveniently located very close to the condo. The pool area and grounds were very well maintained. If we decide to winter in Florida again we would definitely return here!

This is a beautiful property, we really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was advertised as a 2 br, but was actually a 1br. He did have a bed in the den for additional sleeping, but it is attached to the living room separated by glassed French doors.. otherwise very comfortable and clean.

Clearwater stay

It’s a gated community or they have a guard at the front gate when you get there. The process was a little confusing but it’s fine. The apartment is on the second floor and across from the gym and pool area. The location is great. The parking is first come first serve. The inside of the apartment was very nice and spacious. Very clean and I liked that the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you need to make a meal. The bathroom also is very spacious. I love that there is a washer and dryer in the unit. It also was well stocked with extra toiletries. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.
