Just off of Liberty Street, you will feel like a local in the Downtown Historic District. Just a few short steps up to the main level, guests will enter into their new home away from home. The main level offers an inviting living space with chefs kitchen and a formal dining area. Conveniently placed, your guests can use the half bath on the main floor. Off the dining room, step out onto your back porch for a morning cup of joe with views of your private plunge pool, and the cathedral in the distance. After sending your luggage up via elevator, the third floor consists of two primary suites, each fitted with an en suite bathroom, and sophisticated decor.

Downstairs, ground level living is a great option for guests or family members that have mobility issues. The garden apartment offers a full kitchen equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, dedicated dining space and large kitchen island. At the back of the home, you'll find a roomy bathroom with a tiled shower and tub combo and Queen bedroom.

Your fourth bedroom and bathroom can be found in the carriage, a standalone apartment behind the home located on the second level. The rest of your party simply crosses the courtyard and walks up a secure flight of stairs. The carriage features a full kitchen with granite countertops, featuring stainless appliances. Guests can catch up on their favorite shows on the flat screen TV, and the sofa also converts to a Queen bed. The bedroom has a Queen bed with en suite bath, fitted with a shower and tub combination.

Private Parking: The private garage accommodates 1 small/mid-size sedan. Nearby parking is on-street and non-metered, although guests will need to be aware of the posted sweep zone signs.

Amazing place for a girls weekend. Tons of space and lots of private areas- the carriage house and attached apartment are great if your group wants a little more privacy. The plunge pool was incredible and really felt like an oasis in the city. Super walkable to all the great spots in town.

Amazing property! Super clean. Tons of room for hanging out, or finding a quiet place to relax while others talk. The plunge pool was great after a day of walking Savannah. The location was perfect, and felt safe. I cannot say a single bad thing about this property, or the management - we only need to reach out once before our arrival, and their response was quick and thorough. Don't hesitate to rent this property!

The house was bright, clean, and comfortable for our group. I do think that the ensuites both need better towel hanging options. Possibly on the closet doors. There was one small problem that I emailed Lucky Savannah about on Sunday and it was addressed within 2 hours. I would definitely consider using this company on another trip to Savannah.

A Christmas to remember

We had a wonderful stay. We rented the home and the apartment in the back which accommodated our immediate family for Christmas. All kitchens were fully stocked and the elevator was a great help considering we had someone with a disability. The place was very clean upon arrival. The decor was nice done, it felt homey and well maintained. The location was close to the busseling streets of Savannah but also near some of its quieter streets if you were looking for a stroll in the historic neighborhoods. We truly enjoyed this place and would recommend to anyone.

Perfect Girls Trip Location

Myself and 3 girlfriends came to celebrate milestone birthdays. We were so impressed with the beautiful house! Not one detail was overlooked! Savannah itself was a perfect blend of history and nightlife that we were looking for! We will definitely be back! Likely when the weather is a tad cooler. But the plunge pool was a great escape from the mid afternoon heat each day.
