Clean condo. Could use some new towels and mattress in middle bedroom uncomfortable. Host was excellent and very communicative. Great location. Pretty quiet except upstairs tenant was stomping around all night. Would recommend with the updates in place.

Great location, safe, and clean. It is an older complex so the unit is definately a little worn but the furniture was nice and the beds are comfortable. However, it is a downstairs unit and you can hear every footstep upstairs. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best spot for you.

Nice spot, decent location

Worked out great for a golf trip and catching a football game. Comfortable and clean Close to NC State and the stadiums. Convenient for getting to and from the airport and other destinations around the Raleigh-Durham area

Perfectly appointed, great location.

Two of us came into town from neighboring States in celebration of a family member’s college graduation. Renting the condo gave us room to relax and mingle together between festivities, and was more economical and more pleasing than booking separate hotel rooms. Highly recommend.

Raleigh Condo

We enjoyed our time at this home. Our daughter was graduating from NC State University so we needed to be close by all the festivities and this condo was ideal. Everything was clean and comfortable and it was spacious enough for family to join us. I would highly recommend. Tom was also very responsive and accomodating.

My family and I had a great time. We did not feel unsfe. We parked our 2018 porsche, 2022 corvette, 2020 Audi Sq5, and our 2018 Bentley Bentayga. We had no problems.We drove different cars because we had different events going on during the weeken. We had a good experience.

Needs a little TLC

Pleasantly surprised with the place once we went inside. Was great for a quick 1 night trip. Few details that could be better.. air filters need cleaned as they were coated in dust. And the shower door wasn't hung right so it leaks all over the bathroom floor

Honestly you pay for what you get. It was incredibly loud and the walls are super thin. You could hear the upstairs tenants running around and there’s always people walking by and hanging out. Also the water in the shower stays hot for I kid you not 4 minutes max! It was a terrible shower experience. In addition, for all my women, as a safety concern, I felt uncomfortable that the host had entered the unit 30 min before check out without any communication prior to doing so. No matter the circumstances, that should have NEVER happened. And for that I will never recommend this stay. Book else where.

clean and comfortable

This apartment is clean and attractive. Beds are comfortable with soft sheets. Decor is attractive. Furniture is comfortable. Some small repairs are needed. The apartment complex is old and dated. This unit is downstairs of another apartment and we could hear footsteps from above. Parking is limited.

Not sure why this guest felt a neighbor'hopd full of families and kids in a central location with the police station 1.3 miles away would feel "unsafe".
