The fully detached villa house with a large private swimming pool and sea view is located on 900m2 property in a small town uphill from Poreč ( Italian: Parenzo). A large inviting living room has a cozy sofa and is connected to the spacious terrace overlooking the pool. Villa has a barbeque. Villa Parenzo is the last property of a dead-end street in the corner of the neighbourhood of villas, surrounded by nature and olive trees. Being the far-end villa house in the corner of the upmarket neighbourhood, surrounded by unspoiled nature, the ultimate privacy is secured.
