2 room apartment of 35 m² completely renovated in 2018, with modern and quality materials while maintaining a chalet spirit. Located in the Schuss residence in Tignes Val Claret. 6th floor, with mountain and Lake Tignes view, balcony and deckchairs, well-kept residence with reception, lift, wifi.
The apartment includes a large living room with table up to 6 people, flat screen TV, stereo, sofa. Fully equipped open kitchen: dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, new dishes.
Sleeps: a bedroom with 2 twin beds of 80 cm which can form a double bed of 160 cm, a sofa bed of 140 cm in the living room and 2 foldable bunk beds in the corridor. Large storage spaces in each room.
Bathroom: bath, washing machine, hair dryer, separate WC.
The apartment is located 1 minute walk from downtown Val Claret and its shops: bakery, supermarket, local products, souvenirs, press, pharmacy, restaurants, cinema, sports shops, equipment rentals, tourist office , guide house, ski pass purchases, ski schools. Quiet area of Val Claret.
