THE VILLA CORAIL
Villa Corail is a pretty typical house fully equipped, refurbished, comprising 5 rooms, spacious and comfortable + a beautiful terrace around the house.
You will have access to a rooftop to benefit from a small sea view and you will enjoy a private garden, all located 20 meters from the Creole Village (tourist place with restaurants, shops ...).
The location is ideal and quiet, the beach of Anse Mitan and the beaches of Pointe du Bout are 100 meters from the villa.
On the large covered terrace, you will find a dining table + a garden furniture and sun loungers to relax.
We provide travelers with 1 charcoal barbecue for excellent grilling.
An outdoor shower is present for your comfort.
Inside, you will find a living room equipped with a TV + WIFI Internet.
This living room is ventilated thanks to its opening which gives directly on the terrace.
The living room then opens onto the dining room with a dining area. The villa includes 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms and a laundry room.
The very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, electric hob, electric hood, Nespresso, etc.) gives direct access to the terrace.
The two bathrooms (one indoor and one outdoor) are equipped with a shower, 1 sink, cupboards + WC and a washing machine.
The villa includes an independent WC.
After a day on the beach or exploring Martinique, take the time to relax on the terrace of Villa Corail.

Parfait, mais...
La maison est grande, spacieuse, agréable, bien située, très chouette.
Mais l'annonce prévoit deux salles de bains et deux toilettes a l'intérieur. Hors, il y a une salle de bain et une toilette extérieure. Ce n'est pas très fairplay.
En plus, l'une des 3 chambres est au centre de la maison, c'est a dire sans fenetre sur l'extérieur...un peu clostro...
