Charming T3, calm and bright in the city center - Near Market place & Beach
Apartment T3 of 55m2 approximately, entirely renovated with balcony on the market’s place of Sainte-Maxime. This apartment is located on the first and only floor of a small family condominium. You will be in the immediate vicinity of the market square with it’s petanque grounds, kindergarten and shops. The Supermarket is a 1-minute walk and the downtown beach at the end of the main street about 350m, 5 minutes walk.
The flat location is perfect to walk everywhere and discover the city : the harbor, the old town and its nightlife will be a 5 minutes walk.
The apartment had an open-view and a north-south exposure and its small south-facing balcony will allow you to enjoy the Provencal sun. You will find a table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.
Regarding the apartment itself. It’s composed of a large living room with a sofa bed in 140 (2 p.) open on a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, with large closets, one with a bed in 160 (2 p.) and a bed in140 (2 p.). The bathroom is composed of a large shower with washing machine and suspended toilets.

For your vehicle, it is possible to park either in front of the portal of the condo or in the neighborhood. A large free parking is also located 100 m from the apartment.
Maximum capacity 6 people (one double bed in each of the two bedrooms and a convertible sofa bed in the living room).
Concerning the linen, two possibilities: You can bring your own (towels, sheets, pillowcases and bedspreads). Duvets and pillows are provided. You can also not clutter as I can provide kits for 2 people (30 euros/kit/stay).

The price goes down if you stay more than a week. Possibility of long term rental (up to 3 months) excepting during summer. If there are only a few days available on the calendar, I can give you a price per night.
