Slightly outside Briançon, towards the Col du Lautaret, this 30m² one-bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a small condominium building, just a 5-minute drive from the town center and the Prorel gondola lift.

It comprises a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, a kitchenette with a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric oven, and microwave, and a living room with a TV and a double sofa bed that opens onto a west-facing balcony. There is private, uncovered parking within the building.

A small private storage room is also available for skis.
