My wife Alison and I (Brian) purchased the apartment new in 2007. We have now decided that we would like to rent it out to holiday makers visiting Scotland or perhaps professionals working for short periods in or near Paisley or Perhaps in or near Glasgow's City Centre. We feel this lovely apartment would also be ideal for guests visiting family or friends in the area but perhaps don't wish to impose too much. Without doubt our apartment is a better and cheaper solution than any Hotel and our guests can expect all the conveniences of a superb and comfortable home.

We chose this property as we liked the fact that it is in a very high ameneity area and perfect for commuting, shopping, or eating out. Our apartments location is almost unique being so close to the airport (yet you never hear a plane) So close to the Train station (yet you never hear a train) and the M8 Motorway.....You don't hear that either! Built to the highest modern standards the apartment features Gas central heating throughout, top quality double glazing, and incredible sound insulation which is perfect for a peacefull stay. There is a secure door entry system, a lift to the apartment which is situated on the 2nd floor, carpeted communal hallways and private and free car parking. Ample parking spaces in private car park adjoining building....Perfect!

Close to town
This is actually the 2nd time that we have rented this flat. Very convenient to train station and a bus stop. Nice Morrison's within walking distance.

Comfortable spacious apartment clean , in a central location to Glasgow Falkirk etc ... Comfortable for 2 couples travelling together ... Brian easy to contact and check in out easy ... Only a shower in the second bathroom and adjust that bathroom door would be fantastic .. Thanks
super cute apartment three minute walk to Paisley Canal train station and a five minute walk to restaurants and small grocery stores,& coffee shops , I would definitely stay here again! People in paisley are so friendly!!
Lovely apartment in Paisley; clean, warm, secure and quiet
Great apartment and a super location with easy access to Glasgow especially the SEC which was our work destination for the week of our stay. So nice to come back to a warm (our visit was in March) clean and above all quiet apartment each evening with plenty of space and better facilities than the usual impersonal hotel room. Our host and his team have been most helpful and the excellent security in the building set our minds at rest about leaving valuable equipment there when we were out. The lift was much appreciated at the end of a long day.
Excellent customer care
When we first arrived in the apartment it felt fairly nippy (owing to it being the middle of February) but as soon as we turned up the thermostat the place started heating up right away, making it feel a lot cosier. The picture inserted may need an update as there is no bookshelf containing a stereo and such but the large, living room TV has YouTube, so one can listen to their choice of music.
The rooms are cosy and the beds are very comfortable. (One should bring their own monitor or music speaker if one desires to have such in their room).
The most important thing to point out about our stay is the accessibility and helpfulness of the proprietor, Mr Brian Soutar. I made some silly mistakes with the apartment key codes, and Mr Soutar was always accessible; he always made himself available be it via text, email or direct line and he was so calm, patient and understanding.
Mr Soutar has provided a lovely home away from home, leaving sweet little treats, tea, coffee and sugar, and enough domestic products to give your holiday a relaxing start.
If you visit Paisley at the end of the weekend, it may - at first , feel a little 'ghost-townish'. However, we loved the peace and slow pace, and anyone we did interact with, was lovely.
I would recommend visiting a couple of the nearby bars as the local people are very relaxed, and I would definitely recommend visiting the Jam Jar for cocktails and some good food. Additionally, Paisley Canal train Station is literally a stones-throw away from the apartment, and Glasgow central is a few stops on the train and the journey is highly
recommended plus trains run till fairly late in the evening. (Sauchiehall and Argyle Street are must visits for anyone who ventures into Glasgow Central.)
Perfect in every way
The flat was comfortable and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and the location was ideal. We could see the train from our building. The owner was very flexible with check in/out times which is very convenient for people taking international flights.
Our Apartment benefits from a very central location in Paisley town and is only a few minutes drive from the Glasgow International Airport, and the M8 motorway.
it is only a very short walk to some excellent bars and reataurants.
The local train station with direct links into the Glasgow centre (about a 20 minute journey) is only 150 metres away, and large supermarkets like Morrisons are again a very short walk.
A few minutes away by car or foot is Paisley Abbey, and local swimming baths (Paisley Lagoon). A 5 minute drive away is the Odeon Multiplex Cinema. There are numerous fitness centres like the John LLoyd centre within 6 or 7 minutes drive.
The apartment is ideal if you are staying on holiday and would make a wonderful base for visiting the beautiful scenery of Loch Lomond, The Trossachs, Skiing in Winter (90 minute drive) hill walking in Glennifer Braes.....the list simply goes on and on.
Italian, Indian and Chinese restaurants and take-away establishments are in abundance and most offer a home delivery service.
If it is work that brings you to the area, the apartment is extremely convenient whether you are working in or around Paisle or need to commute into Glasgow's City Centre.
Canal Street train station is moments from the apartment with direct access into the very centre of Glasgow and Glasgows Central Station.
If you need to catch a flight, it is only a 6 or 7 minute £5 taxi fare to the airport as it is only 2 miles away.
