Large bright house in the shape of a boat

Thank you for your review Carol. I am very surprised about the rather dark living room and chairs. It is the first time I have a notice about this in more than seven years. The chairs are classical wooden chairs and living room is rather full of light with 3 big double windows. I am gonna contact you in private for a better understanding. Damien

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the wifi didn’t work. Unfortunately this is due to the operator and will be fixed this week. They are moving to the fiber and finally it will be for a better internet. They didn’t allow us to go faster.

Thank you for your review Alan. The house is self catering so we never provide breakfast. The house accommodate 15. The packet of biscuits is for welcoming our guests.

Dear Mark I feel sorry that the experience in our house didn't meet your expectations. We have a gardener taking care of the garden every week. In summer, due to sometimes high temperature and wet weather, the trees and flowers are going their own way. The garden has always been a pleasure for all of us, perhaps making it sometimes capricious for car park, but not of easy reach for a least 5 cars. As for the others remarks, I understand you are unhappy with the cleaning. We do our best, but I am sure it does not deserve your rating. We didn't get any question or notice from your part during your 10 days stay, and we pay attention to all our guests. Should it has been as weird as in your description, I would have wished to be the first in the confidence. We invest in the property all year long to keep the standard. Furthermore, I cannot let you say that the pictures are not up to date. We got many improvement and the inside and outside spaces are obviously generous. In the meanwhile, most of our other customers are inquiring for their stay next year. Anyhow, I would like to understand your rating without any message so please feel free to contact me, I would be happy to have a conversation with you. Last but not least, I have been advised by the lady who does the cleaning that you arrived at 2 pm whereas the house rules say 4 pm. As the house was occupied before, you did not leave enough time for the cleaning. And finally you left the house before the check-out appointment and we found the house in a very bad state (furniture moved, torn curtain...) We sometimes allow early arrival but only on request and if course only if the cleaning process is finished. Best regards Damien

Dear Hellen Thank you for your review with VRBO. We are happy to know you had a good stay with us and appreciate you help us to improve ourselves. As For the coffee pot and dryer, we replaced it during your stay for your comfort. The couches are covered with blankets to prevent marks but they are washed each time. I take good notice for outside furniture and I can assure you pictures are up to date. We hope to have the pleasure of your visit another time. Best regards Damien

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous restons attentifs à toutes les Réactions de nos hôtes. Nous avons remplacé la machine à café le jour de votre arrivée (le locataire précédent ne nous l'avait pas signalé de dysfonctionnement). Je tiens en revanche à signaler que la serrure de la porte d'entrée était cassée après le départ sans aucun signalement. Il aurait été élégant de le signaler pour le bien-être et le confort des hôtes suivants. En ce qui concerne les chaises de jardin, je ne comprends pas le commentaire.

Bonjour Je suis désolé que votre expérience n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Je tiens cependant à apporter un certain nombre de précisions : - le jardin est régulièrement entretenu par un professionnel et ne comporte pas de zones dangereuses - l'électricité est aux normes. Je regrette que vous ayez eu à subir des coupures de courant mais la puissance électrique est adaptée a la capacité du logement. Il y a peut-être eu des appareils additionnels externes qui ont généré une surcharge - le trampoline est entretenu. S'il est défectueux, cela provient d'une utilisation inappropriée de locataires précédents dont je n'ai pas été avisé et que je vais bien entendu vérifier. - je prends note du caractère très insuffisant du ménage à votre appréciation dont je ne manquerais pas de faire la remarque à notre prestataire.
