The Nest - Just 5 Miles from Braves & so close to ATL!

This town home is owned and operated by experienced Hosts.

This recently updated 2 bed, 2.5 bath town home has everything you need for a cozy stay. On the main level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, Living/Dining room combo, and half bath. French doors off of the living room access the small back deck and bistro set. The back 'yard' space is very small, but is fenced in - a great space to get some private fresh air or let the pups out. The living room has a Smart TV, decretive fire place, and sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms are upstairs each with a queen bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 1 at the front of the home has a dedicated work space equipped with desk and chair, great for a traveling professional or student needing to get some work done. Each bedroom also houses a smart TV. There is laundry closet on the upstairs landing between the bedrooms that offers a washer and dryer available for guest use during your stay. Our home has a private parking pad at the front of the unit that will fit 2 cars - it is a tight squeeze with two cars. There is not off street parking, thought the neighborhood does offer a few 'guest' parking spaces at the front of the neighborhood (parking available on a first come first served basis at the overflow lot).

Just what we needed

This townhome was perfect for what we needed coming to visit family in Atlanta. It’s located very conveniently off 75, so it was easy to get from place to place. The unit itself was nice, clean, and quiet. They were super accommodating for my small pups and easy to reach for the few questions I had. Overall great stay and we look forward to coming back again.

Unless we missed something we did not realize all master bedrooms and bathrooms were 15 steps up on second floor. There are two pullouts on first floor. Ample linen and towels. Cute decor overall. Took quite so e time to get hot water. We had to run water at times up to 10 minutes to get hot water, Back deck was filthy and not useable. We tried to clean it the best we could to no avail. The back yard was trashed and full of overgrown grass and weeds some 4 feet high. Completely not useable Front yard not as bad but there were 3 used paint cans (opened) with paint and rain water thrown in the dishes at the entry way. Neighbors garbage must have been sitting out for quite some time. Smelled. Finally. Private road at 25 mph. Very few observed this. Many way to fast for the small are. Almost got hit 2x while walking. We stopped walking after that. Owner was very nice to work with regarding pets.

Nice area and location

The home was very beautiful but I have a cousin she always grabs a broom when she arrives anywhere and she's swept up so much dirt on the floor and also sorry about the dishwasher but there will already dirty plates in the dishwasher when I first put something in there we usually wash dishes before we leave the property also there was spiders and the location upstairs and downstairs so you will need to get an exterminator also the bench chairs at the table you should definitely replace those because someone can actually fall sitting on those because they were very shaky otherwise the place was very nice I would stay there if I'm in that location again but you should definitely check whoever is doing your cleaning because to us it was not up to par and also we apologize for not removing the garbage before we left out so we departed from the location at 9:30 so we are sorry if things that we missed but otherwise the place was very nice and quiet

Now grandparents, we enjoy spending time with our family and running our business with our kids. We are experienced Hosts and know what it takes to provide our guests a 5 star stay. Most of our homes are pet friendly, as we are animal lovers and take our dogs everywhere.

Why they chose this property

This space is perfect for most everyone. We get a lot of traveling professionals, families traveling for competitive sports, international guests, people visiting for holidays/concerts/ball games/conventions. We are right around the corner from the I-75 ramp (literally a 2 min drive), close to restaurants and shopping, convenient to Atlanta (without being right in the city), and near KSU. The GA Aquarium, ATL Zoo, and Mercedes Benz Stadium are roughly 20 mins from us. The Battery and Truist Park, Home of the Atlanta Braves, are just 5 miles from us. We are in a quiet neighborhood, provide off street parking for 2 vehicles, and are always available should you need any assistance.
