Large family house from the 1930s, completely renovated, bright and comfortable. Located 2 minutes from the port, Grève Blanche beach and the submersible road leading to Callot Island. The enclosed garden is equipped with a portico, a large terrace and an awning, a barbecue. Two kayaks are available for coastal walks in the Bay. The two restaurants in the port with a view of Callot Island will welcome you. Private parking in front of the house. The house is classified 5 stars in Furnished Tourism.
