Charming studio of 22 m2 South exposure 4 people. 2nd floor with elevator.
The residence is located in a quiet area near the slopes and shops.
Start and finish on skis by the Orée du Bois piste.
Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80 cm) separated from the living room by a door. Equipped kitchen area. Sunny dining and living area with a 140 cm convertible sofa bed and wooden floors.
Bathroom and separate WC.
South facing balcony.
Ski locker direct access to the slopes.
Household appliances:
Oven, microwave, fridge, 2 hotplates, coffee maker and electric kettle, raclette set, bagless vacuum cleaner, flat screen TV with USB port.
Animals not accepted. Non smoking studio.
Possibility to rent sheets, towels and household towels.
Two deposits on arrival against delivery of the keys:
400.00 € (damage and breakage)
€ 50.00 cleaning)

Appartement agréable dans une résidence propre et calme.
Situation attrayante de la résidence, en léger retrait de la rue principale de Risoul et très proche d'une remontée mécanique. Appartement classique, agréable et calme dont l'équipement est bien complet. Beau domaine skiable par la jonction avec Vars.

appartement au calme
Hormis la fenêtre qui laisse passé un peu d'air, l'appartement est calme, propre et au norme.
Le propriétaire n'est pas injoignable, comme bien souvent, mais bien au contraire, il est sympa et accueillant.
La remontée aux pistes est juste derrière l'immeuble et la rue commerçante n'est pas si loin que ça.
