In the summer, you'll want to get out on the Winnipesaukee Lake with plenty of options for tubing, boating, and swimming nearby. Adventurists will love the zipline tours and mountain coaster, while those with a little more zen may enjoy some mountaintop yoga. Click into your bindings for the winter, where you'll find downhill groomers and plenty of opportunities to catch air in the terrain park. Not to mention, the ski area Gunstock Mountain (downhill skiing, cross country ski center, and tubing) and the towns of Laconia and Plymouth are all close by for endless fun. If you're looking to shop and dine, take a drive south to the Tanger Outlets, just 14 miles away. Great Stay!

My friend and I stayed 3 nights to attend the Chris Stapleton shows. So convenient and liked sitting out on the balcony, sipping coffee in the am and enjoying a view of the lake and mountains. The unit was very clean and met our needs perfectly!

Perfect Concert Location!

Love the location! For a concert its a really perfect place to stay just for the walking convenience to the venue. Very clean and had plenty of space for 2 people. I always worry about accessing properties like this, but it was probably the easiest I've ever used. I will absolutely stay here again.

Quick stay in the lakes region

We stayed over memorial weekend and it was dead, basically had a private beach! We spent little to no time at the apartment outside of breakfast, coffee and sleeping, and it was exactly what we needed. Couldn’t beat the price for a clear shot of the lake. They just started construction across the street the day we left (5/29), so that will probably be loud for a few weeks.

We’ve stayed at musty harbor for the last 13 years first time going through vacasa went smooth room in need of a couple of small repairs. Toilet got stuck a few times and 1 light in living room not working. Room was clean and plenty of supplies were there. We had a great stay.

Small rental space, across road from beach.

It was significantly smaller than presented online. We had to close the Murphy Bed and the fold out couch in order to have room to walk around. No dining table - kitchen island was very small. Only 3 chairs provided for group of 4 -- meals were difficult.

Old and not updated only good if you need a bed to sleep on

The condo is extremely out of date with broken appliances and a non working TV that the pixels are broken. Dishwasher is also broken. They should extremely discount this room or be honest of what you are getting

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!

I want to say this would easily be 5 stars if they invested into the unit. There's a path to the concerts that is literally the coolest thing! I've never been able to take a quick 5 minute walk to get back before. The bad: it's outdated, oddly decorated, the toilet has issues, a Murphy bed (which was definitely not hotel quality), small TV, slow wifi, etc. My husband complained the minute we walked in saying this better have been cheap. When we left, I asked would you stay again? Oh yes, absolutely, a couple nights for a concert & local sights, but nothing you'd want to make a destination.

No office. Seemed abandoned. Dark back of bldg parking. Comforter on bed was very dirty..gross. Upholstered furniture was very dirty; would not sit there. Called Vacasa; was told there were extra blankets…also dirty. Was promised a fresh comforter and a blanket to cover sofa and chair. Woman dropped off one comforter for bed, saying that was all they said I needed. Was told by Vacasa they’d take care of issues Monday morning..by noon, no word. I would’ve been ok with the very old ugly furnishings IF things were clean! This IS not a resort! Fridge handles are nasty. My first call I asked for a refund and I’d leave; they said no refund available and they’d make good on the issues. I even sent them photos per their request! I checked out Monday around noon and texted same # that I was doing so. Mind you, there is NO office! The write-up for this place is so NOT what I encountered! Even though I told them Monday morning, I was leaving, today I got a message saying I hope you had a great day, time for you to check out. You can check out late if you want! So WHO was I texting with all the time I was there!I have the text in my phone and I also have all the photos I took which reveal the grossness of these things. I went here for a little mini retreat so I could relax and read, etc. I couldn’t even sit on the couch because it was yucky. I will not do business with Vacasa again because they gave me the runaround over and over and apparently still are.

This is certainly not the vacation experience or level of service we strive to provide our valued guests. Please know that the cleaning concerns mentioned have been addressed with our local team. The parking for the unit is on the main road into the Misty Harbor Resort and is well-lit at night. Our property manager inspected this rental after you left and found all new sheets and comforters and a clean couch. We regret that it did not meet your expectations. This is an independently owned rental unit that is in a resort. During the winter season, most amenities associated with the resort are closed for the season. There is an office on site with regular business hours and 24 hour emergency line; however, this is not managed by Vacasa. Our records show that our team responded promptly to your concerns and sent our housekeepers to assist with your requests. We are very sorry for the disappointing stay and hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future.

Misty Harbor

This condo is perfect for a night if you're going to concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion. The condo is definitely outdated and could use some TLC but it works for a night or 2. The facilities at Misty Harbor, specifically the pool areas, aren't in the best shape. We were disappointed that the indoor facilities that were advertised in the listing were closed due to major structural issues and the the building being condemned. The upside is the Lake is across the street and the beach is gorgeous, so you cant go wrong there!

Condo is close to restaurants, shops, lake and hiking trails. Nice view of the lake. Clean, well-equipped, bed and couch are pretty comfortable. But the shower runs out of hot water VERY quickly! The second person showers half cold. And very limited light in kitchen.

Great location especially if you are going to a concert at Back of NH Pavillion.

The property is a less than 5 minute walk to the concert venue. Quiet location and an easy 10 minute drive to Weirs Beach. Kitchen has all you need to enjoy a meal at home. I take long showers so hot water ran out but I didn't stay in as long next time. Love the view of Lake Winnipesaukee from the balcony. The decorations, curtains and couch could use some updating (some out if the 1980's) but that doesn't change the 5 start review. Vacasa was very helpful!
