About this property

Perfect Ski in Ski Out Family unit

Enjoy this affordable, ski-in/ski-out slopeside property that allows you to enjoy the amenities of the Breckenridge ski area and Peak 8 right from your door.  You can’t beat the slopeside location during ski season, making the trip from your condo to the Colorado and Rocky Mountain high-speed quad-chair lifts in minutes. It is easy to make 'first tracks' in the fresh powder since you're staying on the main slopes. If you want to experience the hustle and bustle of downtown, it’s just a mile away. When visiting Skiwatch in the summer, you can take advantage of the close mountain biking and hiking trails as well as the Peak 8 Fun Park. When you come back to the condo, you'll truly appreciate the quiet mountain setting.

Skiwatch has ski/snowboard lockers on site, as well as a sauna and two large slopeside hot tubs that you can relax in after a long day on the slopes. This property also accommodates two vehicles per condo, includes onsite laundry, and has elevator access to our 4 floors of units.  For your convenience, we have added a secure wireless high-speed cable internet network to the building, which you can enjoy in one of the common rooms or your rented unit.  The Skiwatch complex is small, private, and provides onsite building management, so we are available at a moment's notice.

The living room has a beautiful stone gas-log fireplace and beautiful wooded views out the balcony sliding glass door. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge, and all the utensils and dishes that you may need to feed your group for any occasion.

Our location and spacious accommodations will spoil you during your next mountain getaway.  Come stay with us at Skiwatch and you will have found your vacation home for life!

Absolutely no Pets
We regret to inform you that Ski Watch is a NO pets allowed establishment.  Failure to comply is subject to a fine of $250 per dog with an additional $100 per day thereafter until the dog is removed from the property.

Location, Location, Location
Ski Watch offers a true ski-in, ski-out experience sitting 100 yards above the Peak 8 base. Enjoy two hot tubs over looking the slopes as well. Although unit 438 has not been updated, it's very clean and priced accordingly. Both downstairs bedrooms have matching queen beds which provided more sleeping options for our group versus a traditional king in the master. The upstairs loft with queens was great, but not having a door for privacy and quiet may be an issue for some. Highly recommend if you are looking for location, budget considerations and a large group. Also, a huge than you to the property manager for this unit for letting us in on a Saturday night after we locked ourselves out. Amazing service for our mistake.

Works great for the investment
Location is crazy good. Right at the end of Peak8. Literally ski in and sky out, to the level that you could walk with the board in the tracks after lift closure to have the mountain only for you. But check-out was highly complex (at least for us). The manual code locker where the key is stored is almost impossible to open. We arrived at 2am with -8 Co, in 5 adults and spend more than 30 minutes trying to open it by all means. We had to call house owner that called the building manager (happily he was there, otherwise not sure how we would be granted entrance..) and after almost an hour in this boring process, he used his own key to open the full locker (not only ours) and handle us the keys. But besides that, all was great. Great location. Ski/Snow lockers on the ski floor helps a ton. And the apartment is highly vintage with old but still functional appliances/furnitures/etc.. so if you really care about fanciness, high end furniture, etc.. not the place. But if you care for great value, with focus on the ski/snow and being around town, that's unbeatable for what if offers.

Enjoyed the stay but a few recommendations
The location was amazing and made the stay amazing! With that said the mattresses in the loft were absolutely horrible. If the mattress where updated I would have no complaints.

2 family vacation
The condo housed our 2 families of 3 easily. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. The pictures make the layout look a little more open than it is. The lack of entryway to the building was a little odd. The ski in - ski out was very easy and accessible. Affordable and would most likely stay again if we were to return to Breckenridge.
