For the ultimate lounging experience, take your pick between the two indoor living areas and two outdoor patios. The kitchen is built for the mountain life! All premium appliances, a massive stainless-steel refrigerator, wine cooler, and gas range are just a few of the kitchen highlights. Rounded out with top of the line amenities including an 8-person private hot tub, outdoor fire-pit, incredible views of the Breckenridge Resort, Hunter Douglas blinds, flat-screen TVs, high-speed internet, and more! For select guests in the summer of 2024, we're offering a complimentary bike rental. Please let us know if you'd like to use this offer. Biking is one of the most enjoyable summer activities in Breck, and family-friendly.

During ski season, walk out of the heated garage, cross the street and hop on the free gondola to find yourself on Breckenridge's legendary slopes within minutes. Summertime brings easy access to town or the mountain's Peak 8 Fun Park, mountain biking & hiking trails.

After an exciting day of outdoor adventure, you will be looking to rest for an equally entertaining tomorrow. Once you are ready to relax, make your way to these comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom is located on the main level. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor.

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet, fireplace, flatscreen TV, electric Hunter-Douglas blinds, and access to a private deck. Ensuite bath with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks, and walk-in closet.
• Bedroom 2: Four twin beds, situated as bunks, and extra dresser space. The bathroom across the way includes a step-in shower and single vanity
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, mounted flatscreen TV, a full-size closet, and en-suite bathroom with step in shower and single vanity
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed, mounted flatscreen TV, a full-size closet, and ensuite bathroom with step in shower and single vanity
• Sofa Bed: Ground level living room couch pulls out for an extra sleep space
• Half Bathroom: Located on main level between the kitchen and the Master, including a toilet and single vanity

A duplex with a good location close to the gondola
Not ski-in, ski-out, but within easy walking distance to the gondola. Good views. Nice balcony. As another reviewer noted, queen-sized beds are not quite "queen-sized." Surprised there was no ice maker for the expense of the rental. Still a great property.

Could not say enough amazing things about this home. Perfect for two families of 5. So clean, comfortable, and beautiful views. So easy to get to slopes. Definitely booking again!

Great location and property!
Awesome house. Very well kept. The property manager is on top of it all when needed. My only comment would be that an air conditioner would be my preference, however, not common in the region. Our family loved this house and would definitely stay again.

Amazing house!
This house was amazing! It had all the bells and whistles and was so spacious for 2 families. The views from the house and hot tub were spectacular and it was a true ski in, ski out! It was literally a 3 minute walk to the gondola, which took you right to peak 8. Also, a very short drive to town. Our only complaint was that the TV's were not working (hard with 4 kids), but management was very responsive, although the situation could not be fixed during out stay. Will definitely be staying in this house again!
