'Way better than expected!!
We traveled with some friends and simply followed their lead to Ko'Olina. And although I booked the condo on my own I was still unsure if the unit was as good as it looked online. Let me tell you - it's better. The room is especially quiet, very comfortable and extremely well built. The beds are very comfortable and you can expect all of the comforts of home. Ray is very professional to work with and returned my security deposit on the same day we departed. The whole group especially loved hanging out at the amazing pool and hot tub area. Unlike resorts that area was quiet, clean and peaceful. Add the grass roof bar and beautiful ocean a few steps away and you have paradise.'

Quiet Luxury

I travel to Hawaii often for work, but don’t get to bring my family very much. This was the nicest place I have stayed and we had so much room! The living space is fantastic with so many places to relax. We especially enjoyed the lanai with table and chairs that made it easy to enjoy most of our meals outside. The kitchen had everything we needed and the meal prep was easy. Having two full bedrooms and baths gave everyone their own space. The quality of construction was fantastic and the rooms were some of the quietest I have ever been in. No noise from other rooms or outside. We enjoyed the beach chairs and other toys in the closet. Saved quite a bit of money and was very convenient.

Beautiful condo made our trip so effortless and comfortable

The condo was beautiful. The large sliding doors opened all the way up and allowed us to rest while listening to the waves and wind. The short walk to the beach allowed us to go swimming multiple times a day. This was the best vacation I’ve had in years, and a big part of that was due to the amenities, and luxury, and promity of this condo. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful location with three incredible restaurants within walking distance

Everything was like new, the facility was first rate the patio was beautiful and had a side ocean view perfect for sunrises. All of the furniture and appliances appeared to be brand new incredibly clean and model home quality. If there were any issues contacting the owner, the issues were resolved immediately. I was incredibly impressed With the responsiveness. I would not have second thoughts about staying here again. This is a vacation not to be missed.

We didn't want to leave!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and inviting. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the lanai. The surrounding grounds were well maintained, beautiful and quiet. We appreciate that our host was so accommodating to our needs. It was very helpful to have a market place nearby. Only suggestion would be to have bars in the shower to support those who might need it. We would love to return!

Unit and parking are in a good location. When we got in the unit, we didn't settle in right away because housekeeping came in to clean since the unit has been vacant for 3 weeks per Clariza. They mopped and dusted inside and out and towels were put out. Loved the balcony and we were able to sit out there and relax and enjoy the view. The unit had all the small appliances we needed including hair dryer and Keurig. Property is beautiful, I'm glad we got to hang out at the pool. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family had a great time at the pools, bar, and lagoon. The condo was spacious and with an awesome balcony. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We took advantage of morning walks with amazing views. We felt at home and were so sad to leave. We look forward hopefully coming back soon!

Amazing Experience

From the moment you are met by the check-in Concierge you are treated like royalty. The condo itself is immaculate with high end finishes. Our family felt so spoiled every morning to have coffee on the lanai watching the wildlife and the ocean. We hope to be back soon!

Another perfect week

We loved our second stay at this property. The condo itself is quiet, clean and perfect for our family of 4. The complex is my favorite in Ko olina - right on the beach and with two great pools. My kids loved the 2x daily chance to feed the fish. Ray was super helpful and responsive.

No Brainer for Next Year

100% will be making this our annual family get away location. Ko’Olina has everything that a top notch resort would offer, but with less crowds and a much more user friendly and comfortable environment. The lagoons are great and easy to get to, you’re not overly crowded like the neighboring resorts. Love music and private bar/beach almost every night. Beautiful landscaping and water features. Parking spaces are a little tight, but other than that it was a dream place to stay. 100% recommend!

The location and overall quality are superb. Only small complaints are not being given enough info to control the AC (set too low and freezing most of the time), several small items broken (toaster, oven, and master bedroom overhead light). Also having more info upfront in the description of the property about check in process would have been helpful as I’m not a regular Vrbo user and didn’t know to check my messages but once we knew to check in at the front desk (or that there was a front desk) check in was extremely smooth and the personal tour/orientation was very helpful!

You will not want to leave!

As others have mentioned, the pictures do not do this place justice. It is a spacious, beautiful, two suite condo with a massive kitchen. Yes, the furniture is a tad outdated, but we did not mind it one bit. The outdoor furniture is great for rocking yourself or a baby as you look at the ocean. I love having washing/drying in the unit. The location itself is great. 100 times better than Waikiki!! The resort is not crowded at all nor is the lagoon. I loved the landscaping and the multiple pools to choose from. You can rent chairs/umbrellas from Royal Hawaiian beach services. The owner Rob is awesome (even though it’s a tad pricey). This until is on the third floor, far corner, looking towards the Marriot, but a field is in between. You do have a view of the ocean, but not the Lagoon. This resort has staff on the property to help check you in just like a hotel, but you have the amenities of a condo. I absolutely loved this. Our A/C wasn’t working in the Master, but the owner got it fixed quickly. He is quick to respond to messages and was able to accommodate a later check out (although I know this isn’t possible during a busier season). If you’re thinking about staying here, do it! The only drawback would be if a resort is built next door. Until then, it’s a dream.

Amazing!!

This place was absolutely amazing! Exceeded our expectations by far (and I'm very picky with my hotels/condos lol)! This was our first time on Oahu. We traveled with my husband and four kids and after spending time going around the island we are confident we chose the best place to stay. Ko Olina did not disappoint! The unit is immaculate, has all the amenities you could possibly need, is stocked well with beach items, pool towels etc. we had plenty of room and sleeping space for the 6 of us. Ray was polite and helpful with our reservation. Check-in was super easy, our check-in guide was super friendly, brought us upstairs and provided all the info we needed on the unit and grounds. The villas are located on the most beautiful lagoon - clean, crystal blue water with great snorkeling for the kids. It was never crowded, even on weekends. We went to the beach daily and ended at the beautiful pool each night. The grounds are beautiful and the kids have the option to feed the koi daily. We walked next door to the Aulani and I was quickly reminded why I chose not to stay there - beach packed like sardines and kids and people everywhere! Trust me - stay at the villas instead! We were able to stock up on groceries at Wal mart for the week and it was so nice to have such a spacious kitchen and unit to make dinner and lounge around in. It was a truly wonderful stay and I couldn't recommend it more!
