The kitchen is amazing- from stainless steel appliances to modern cabinetry and granite counters, it is fully stocked with all of the small appliances, utensils and linens you need to make coffee or a huge dinner. Entertain guests at the kitchen island while you cook, or have everyone gather at the large dining table. The open floor plan allows you to see into the living area, with its comfortable seating and huge TV- great for movie nights with everyone! There is an additional seating area outside on the open- air decks. Start your day watching the sun come up, or just relax and read a book while enjoying the ocean breeze.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, a TV for your entertainment and an en suite bathroom, complete with dual vanities. The Guest Room has a queen bed, and also has its own TV and own bathroom. There is an additional 1/2 bath in the house, and there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area if needed. This home also has a FULL sized Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

There is tons of storage for all of your belongings throughout the house, including a garage, which is perfect for beach chairs and toys. The garage also has a newly added Electric Car Charger. The EV charger is a Type II Tesla Universal Charger for use by any tenant who rents and is compatible with most North American EVs, including Tesla vehicles.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November.
