Perfect location!

Perfect location, was able to have a super early check-in! House was clean and had everything we needed and more, literally steps to the beach and we practically had the whole place to ourselves. Will definitely return!

Fun three days

Excellent location. Five minutes from everything.Older property but in good shape.Owner is excellent to work with.Lots of stairs so that is a drawback for older folks.Overall, very good.

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely incredible. The home is situated right on the beach, so we were treated to gorgeous views from sunrise to sunset and could walk straight out to the sand whenever we wanted. The house itself is very well stocked—not just with the basics, but with thoughtful extras like beach umbrellas, chairs, and toys, which made it easy and fun for the whole family to enjoy our time by the water.What really made our experience stand out was our hostess, Ariel. She was welcoming, accommodating, and always quick to respond. Ariel clearly knows the area well and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and fun activities. On a rainy afternoon, she even suggested a visit to the Orange Beach Arts Center for glass blowing, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.Between the unbeatable location, the comfort and convenience of the house, and Ariel’s warm hospitality, this was easily one of the best beach vacations we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect coastal getaway!

Great property and excellent location for a getaway. The private beach and property owner suppling beach chairs was a huge bonus. The weather was windy and chillier than we expected but being in this property was comfortable, cozy, and made the trip perfect.

The perfect private beach spot

The house was clean and beautiful. The best part was the private beach that is literally in the back yard. They also had chairs, umbrellas, and floats on the property for guests so we didn’t have to go out and buy stuff and then travel with it. This will always be our go to spot.

Beautiful Perdido Beach

Hosts were amazing. Response time for any inquiries was immediate. There are 2 flights of steps, one into the townhouse and one to the upstairs. This place has everything you need for a vacation! Very clean and spacious. We walked the beach to a couple nearby restaurants which was so convenient. They are nearby several hiking trails and state parks.

Cottage setting with private beach

This was the first time my family had stayed in a beach cottage with private beaches and we loved it. The cottage itself was very clean and well stocked. The back of the property had a mixture of sitting areas that were obviously much older and some in poor condition but we did not use those areas anyway. It is an older building but our cottage was very updated and homey. Ariel was very responsive although we did not need to reach out to her at all as everything we needed as there.

GULF FRONT! Direct walk out-only steps to beach! GREAT VIEWS!

Amazing beach access, so private! We were the only family on the beach! we have always stayed at condo resorts with such crowded beaches and I had no idea how convenient it is to not have to deal with elevators and fighting over beach space! We will never stay at a condo resort again! I can not emphasize enough how amazing our stay was. We had absolutely everything we needed, a ton of toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, we even found board games!! Don’t hesitate. This location and home is everything you need for the best vacation!

Condo was true to online pictures Loved quiet, uncrowded beach. I would stay at Perdido Dunes again.Our only negative was condo complex just feet from our wall was under construction so power tools, hammering and music began at 7am.

The location was fantastic as all we needed to do was walk off the back deck down the pathway and onto the beach. It was nice having private access to the beach because it made it a lot less crowded. Being located on the Florida side was also a plus as it wasn’t as busy to go grocery shopping and to drive around and see the sites. We didn’t expect the noise from the construction next-door as they’re building a massive multi family complex on the other side of the wall, however, that cannot be controlled. Washer and Dryer along with all other appliances was great. We didn’t go out to eat at all and were able to spend more time at the beach. Remember to set up on the beach between the property boundaries to avoid any conflicts with the multifamily complex neighbors to the East. Overall a solid location and very easy and convenient for our family.

Nice quiet spot

My wife and I stayed here for a short fall beach weekend. It's a little far away from all the things, but not too bad, and the beach is pretty secluded. The place was on good condition and way better than staying at one of those giant multi-unit condo buildings.

Location, Location, Location! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great showers. The views are incredible and just steps from the water. The townhouse is older and needs privacy curtains or blinds on the main level. Need a way to lock the unit from the deck when on the beach. Would definitely book again.

Easy get away

Fun little townhouse with a great location. Easy walk to a private beach and well furnished. Ikes Beach Service provides rental service for chairs and umbrellas. Recommend some type of window coverings for the kitchen and living room for more privacy. Would stay here again.
