The private patio is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails, and just inside you’ll find an open floor plan combining the dining and living areas with the full, well-equipped kitchen. A convenient desk and chair offer a spot for any remote work, and the in-home WiFi makes connecting a breeze. After a day at the pool or on the beach, return home to relax in the central air-conditioning. Keep dinner prep simple on one of the shared charcoal grills and dine alfresco at the adjacent picnic tables. At bedtime, tuck the kids into the fun hallway bunks, grab a frosty beverage, and toast your good luck at booking such a sweet Perdido escape.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
