Close to all amenities and public transport, in the historic neighborhood of Carabacel, this apartment is perfect to discover the lovely city of Nice and the French Riviera.
This large apartment combining modernity and authenticity consists of a living space of 84 sq. m. Located on the 2nd floor of a nice old building with elevator, it includes:
- a large bright living room,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a second bedroom with two single beds,
- a separate well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates), including a dining area,
- a bathroom with shower,
- washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- Wi-Fi and large TV.
→ A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

Great location and well equipped Apartment
Hi
We just came back from spending 6 days in Nice and stayed at this apartment with our two teenagers.
The apartment is well situated near the main road of Jean Medicin and easy access to the tram, train station and indoor shopping mall.
The apartment has good facilities and all the services to cater for a family.
Our only regret was that the apartment did not have AC during what was a very hot and uncomfortable week in Nice. The small portable fans were no match for the hot evening temperatures of Nice.
