Located on the first floor (no elevator) easily accessible.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Outside: Terrace whit table and chairs, enclosed communal garden, community pool, outside shower.
Free parking in front of the community and in the street.
The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.
50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.
Payments will be made by card online.

The caution: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Check or card)
