This was a wonderful and private feeling condo with a gated parking lot. You could see the ocean from the balcony and living room, and the entrance to beach access is right outside the pool gate. The pool was well shaded, private and well kept. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Would recommend! It was a great location

Great location just a short walk across the street to the beach. Great pool shaded in the afternoons when you need a beach break. Nice balcony on top floor with view of the ocean. Short walk or bike ride to shops and restaurants. Condo was clean and perfect for our family of 5.

The walk to the beach was super easy and the dunes were beautiful. The place provided everything we needed for a long weekend.

The location was phenomenal, space was newly renovated and clean. Location was also quiet and felt more secluded for being so close to the beach. But there was a bit of a mildew smell - think it was the building not the specific unit. Also had some issues accessing the unit and host was not responsive for entirety of the stay which was odd. Host also said there was a beach umbrella at the location and there was not. Had to purchase an umbrella and left it at the unit. Would also be nice if they would leave a few more toiletry items for longer stays (like shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper). There were also no pantry items typical of rentals like this - had to purchase salt and pepper and cooking oil.

Nice location with Gulf view. Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The inside is nicely done and comfortable. We had two very slight glitches (toaster didn't work and the door keypad battery was low) BUT the host was right on it and had the issues solved immediately. My suggestion is for this property to have a good gas grill. There is a brick charcoal barbeque outside but the grate is too rusty to use.
