Take your family on a vacation they won’t soon forget! The Pointe is one of the newest, most desirable resorts that offers elegant interiors, privacy.

Located on the second floor, this unit welcomes up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms. It includes the most comfortable king and queen beds along with a sleeper sofa.

Cook delicious food in this brand new kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the evenings sipping wine on the balcony off the kitchen or the balcony off of the king bedroom.

The bathrooms are gorgeous. The master bathroom has a giant tub, walk in glass shower and double vanity sinks. The queen bedroom has a walk in glass shower and double vanity sinks as well.

Play in the phenomenal pool which is heated during winter months or watch the big game in the comfortable lounge area! Across from the pool is a well-known restaurant, “Big Bad Breakfast.” Try the chicken & waffles or the “riviera” skillet. Open from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, you won’t be disappointed! There is also a gym with state of the art workout gear, which includes a Peloton and workout mirror.

You’ll find yourself not wanting to leave the complex because everything The Pointe has to offer! If you do, however, venture out, you’re just a short walk from the beach access and delicious eateries in Rosemary and Inlet Beach.

To get to the beach, cross 30A and turn down Winston Ln. After the stop sign, it’s 250 yds. to the beach. This hidden beach access is less crowded and quieter than other popular beach accesses.

• Must be 25 or older to rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, modern, and was within walking distance of multiple beaches. The host was very communicative with the check in/check out process and made it very easy. Would definitely stay here again! The only improvement we would like to see is more accessible equipment for the beach: cooler, towels, chairs. We flew from Michigan and were unable to bring these with us.

Great stay on 30a!

This was a wonderful property and so nicely decorated. We walked everywhere— beach, shopping and restaurants. One of the major pluses was the breakfast cafe on the property. Delicious food and drinks. We actually extended our stay an extra night. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay at The Pointe

Place was perfect for my husband and I, with plenty of room for another couple if needed. It was clean and comfortable, a few more amenities in the kitchen would have been nice. Example, ice tray to freeze water for ice cubes, salt/pepper. Pool area was beautiful, and only a short walk to the beach and Rosemary beach area. Would definitely stay at The Pointe again. 😎

Really nice place!

We liked it a lot! There was 5 of us, and just enough space, though slightly smaller than the photos showed but it was not a problem. The pool isn’t huge either, but it was nice and not crowded at all. The place was pretty clean, the location was great! The guest bed was not the most comfortable, but the master bedroom was fine. Quick walk or bike ride to both the beach and downtown to shops. Overall, we really liked it and are excited to stay here again!

Great experience

The host was amazing in providing all the necessary information for our stay. The condo came with a golf cart and bikes which is a huge bonus when in Rosemary Beach. Additionally, the host provided a paid for rental of chairs and umbrella at Inlet beach which is only a short drive on the golf cart. 100% would recommend. We will be staying here again on our next visit!

Perfect location

This property was in the perfect location and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay! There was four of us and that was the perfect number. Anything more would be too crowded. We had no issues and the property was immaculate! I was nervous about the smell (read past reviews) but it was not as bad as I was anticipating. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. Amazing, great for a small family or two couples!

This was an amazing property. I would stay here again at any time. This was a solo trip, but I wish my family could have been there with me! Or a friend! The two bedrooms were very nice and had their own bathrooms. One bedroom was definitely spacious enough for a crib and toddler bed if needed (which we would have). The pool was awesome, very beautiful. Super easy walk or bike to the beach. The only thing I wish would have been provided is info on beach chair rental or where you can place your chairs you bring to the beach and bike rental. This was my first time in this area and I found that pretty confusing. There was no construction work being done while I was there, but there is new framing on the balconies and I that was a little odd. A map of the property and where the unit is would have been helpful. Overall it was a very great stay!

Water issues and smell

There were three water issues in the main bathroom that was not enjoyable. Water backup in the shower drain. Water leaking from tub. Water dripping from ceiling and unit above us. The smell from this bathroom was terrible. My wife and I and kids all used one bathroom for the entire stay. If this wasn’t an issue, we’d stay here again. It’s a beautiful property and amenities were great. Proximity to Rosemary was nice.

Excellent Weekend Stay!

Really enjoyed this place! Room was better than I thought it would be, as I was nervous about the smell everyone mentioned in the other reviews. I did not notice it except for when it rained, but was not bad at all. I did not use the second room, so I can’t speak to how that section was. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. You are just a short walk to restaurants and shopping plaza. The only reason I give 4 stars is based on communication. Though I did not have any problems, instructions were a bit vague and the place was a little tricky to navigate at first. Pool was clean, but a little smaller than expected. It was overall nicer than most pools in this area that I have stayed at in the past. The beach access was very close too which was great! Overall, I would recommend this location and would stay here again!

Nice but lacking in a few areas

Overall stay was nice. The unit is beautiful and good for a family of 4.A few gripes:Construction on the entire building. Wish we would have been warned. They are shoring up all the balcony’s. Design flaw? Unsightly and concerning. No internet unless you are in the room. However, in the room only 1 of 3 tvs would work. No use of basic cable or even an app like Netflix. Sat at the pool gate for 20 minutes waiting for a call back from management to get an access number they failed to put in the email. The overall place just isn’t well taken care of. String lights were there, but never turned on and falling off. Nothing fun to do except the pool. Corn hole, ping pong table, anything else fun would have been great. Not certain I would recommend.

We did inform all current and incoming guests about the construction and even had to cancel a couple of reservations due to the extent of the work. We're sorry if that message didn’t reach you clearly — communication is very important to us, and we’ll review how this was handled in your case. While we regret the issues with the TV functionality and limited internet range, those items are unfortunately out of our direct control. That said, we did our best to get them addressed in a timely manner during your stay. Regarding the pool access, the building management had changed the code without notifying us, and we weren’t made aware of the update until you reached out. As soon as we learned of the change, we sourced the correct code and provided it as quickly as possible. Your suggestions about adding more fun amenities like cornhole or a ping pong table are great and will definitely be passed along to the property management team. Thank you again for staying with us. Great property, communication issues

We loved our stay in terms of amenities and location however it felt as though our host was not invested in preparing us properly for our check in. We were never given our suite number (only the keypad code), so when we arrived we had to stop at the front office for them to help us. The only way they knew what it was is because they saw the suite number in our given WiFi password. We also were not given the correct pool code and we had to call the main office for help with that which delayed our access. The suite itself was beautiful and well kept. The bedrooms had lots of space. The master suite had lots of room for us to include our pack n play. Easy beach access and super short walk to the main square at Rosemary Beach.

Not a great experience

When we arrived there was an odd odor that I couldn’t figure out. After the first day or two my kids were complaining of being congested still with a weird smell when you came in the unit. We stayed and didn’t complain when we left all of our stuff smelled like cigarette smoke. They had attempted to cover up the smoke which worked because I couldn’t figure out what the smell was until we had left. I called the property manager and all she could tell me was that I should of complained sooner and that she would have someone reach out but no one ever called. Super gross experience would not recommend.

Renter Beware!

To say this place was a disappointment is a major understatement! While the location on 30A was great, everything else was pretty terrible. Upon arrival we discovered we had the wrong codes to get into the pool and fitness center. Luckily, the office was still open and the front desk gave us correct codes. The owner had just provided the codes the day before - the WRONG codes. Also upon arrival, the floor in the unit was so sticky that we had to wet mop it and then scrub it on our hands and knees just so our feet or shoes wouldn't stick to the floor. The couch in the unit was dirty and the pullout bed literally sunk in the middle. We had to use a sheet to sit on the couch just to feel clean. We had to wash all of the dishes because they were stacked on the shelf dirty. The linens smelled like cigarette smoke. The entire development had extremely poor maintenance. The pool area was dirty with stained chairs and overflowing trash cans. The bathroom for the pool area and gym was disgusting with dirty diapers on the floor and generally unclean. We had multiple bugs in the unit – flies, gnats and worms. The final blow was when we opened the silverware drawer and found roaches crawling on the utensils! We left the day we found the roaches. We were so uncomfortable in the unit that we never felt personally clean. We contacted the owners and they did not care AT ALL. They admonished us for not calling the emergency # while we were there. They did not feel badly at all. Renter beware!

Let me first just say that Sanddollar One treats all reviews with extreme importance. Our company is a full-service Vacation Rental Team that has maintenance and housekeeping available 24/7. We provide these services so that if a guest has any issue of any sort, we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible to ensure a guest has an enjoyable time during their stay. In reference to this guest, it seems very odd that she has all these issues which we consider of high importance such as smoke smell, bugs, and uncleaned floors yet not one email, text, or phone call was made to report these issues. The only call from this guest was on the day of arrival and there was the wrong pool code. The Homeowners Association often changes the code so that vacationers from outside the complex do not use their amazing resort pool. This was quickly corrected. In this day in time people all have phones that have cameras. It is obvious that if you encountered these issues as she describes, you would take a picture to show proof. There is not one single bit of evidence showing any of the items she describes. She also references they left a day early, well that is the day we experienced over 2 inches of rain in our area so no Beach Day. We find this very ironic. The bottom line is that we cannot correct anything if we are not notified. We have a 24/7 hot line that we pay employees to quickly remedy any situation. I think most people reading this will see through what happened here. It’s unfortunate that someone would stigmatize this amazing condo in a public forum with no verification.
