This three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom cottage is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Stover's Beach and Stover's Point Nature Preserve (one of Harpswell s hidden gems). The open layout of the first floor includes a spacious well-equipped kitchen, a half bath off of the kitchen, a dining area that seats six, and a comfortable living room with plenty of seating for everyone. Walk upstairs to a full bathroom with stand up shower and two bedrooms. The first bedroom to the right has two twin beds perfect for the kiddos, while the other one at the end of the hall has a queen size bed complete with a large deck that is a perfect spot for sunning yourself or enjoying your morning coffee or tea.

Spend your day kayaking, fishing, collecting sea glass, taking long walks, or enjoying lobster dinners. Stover's boasts a beautiful view of the world famous Cribstone Bridge. Subject to availability, this cottage can be rented together with the Seaside Sunrise cottage, offering a unique opportunity to share your vacation with extended family and friends. Nice Location to Explore Area

We had a great time. The house was clean and a good size for our family and dog. The house is nicer in person than it appears in the pictures. Plenty of room downstairs to set up out dog's kennel. Bush in front of doors needs trimming to allow easier access, otherwise no issues. House has great view of the Bay from the deck. Also walking distance to a rocky beach which was great for walks with our dog. Also, good location to explore the local islands.

We enjoyed our stay at Stovers Point. Relaxing week with plenty to see and do. We had no issues with property, was as described. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach.
