About this property

This totally renovated one bedroom oceanblock condo is located just steps to the beach and in the heart of Beach Haven. Walk to all conveniences. Condo has newer kitchen with GE Profile stainless steel appliances (full size refrigerator with ice maker) and granite countertops. Fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans. Sleep sofa will accommodate two children up to age 12. Bedroom features queen size bed with 14' pillow top mattress. A laundry room is on premises for use by tenants, featuring three free washers and dryers. Condo is personally cleaned by owner--- so no unpleasant surprises when you arrive. Bed is made and linens for sleeper sofa are in bedroom closet. Also, 4 bath towels, 2 kitchen towels are provided. Just bring your personal toiletries. Owner provides two beach badges. The beach that awaits you is a lifeguard protected beach (lifeguard is on beach late June thru early September---9:00 to 5:00) We will accommodate your request for shorter stays--3 or 4 nights, but most guests like to stay longer. Rates are lower in off season--April, May, June, September and October . Weekly and daily accommodations are available. Call for particular..NO EMAIL RESERVATION WILL BE

Located in Beach Haven, this oceanblock one bedroom condo is part of a condominium complex known as 'The Beach Club at Pearl Street'. Our unit was totally renovated 8years ago and features new kitchen (with granit counter tops, GE profile appliances) pull-out sofa for 2 children up to 12 yrs. old and the bedroom features a new queen size be. All linens are supplied and there is a laundry room with 3 FREE washers and dryers. We supply FREE beach badges, off-street parking and only 140' to the beach.

We are 7 blocks south of Fantasy Island and only 2 blocks south of Bicentennial Park and the Surflight Theatre

The beach restoration was completed in 2016 and what a WONDERFUL job the Army Corps of Engineers did! Sit and watch the sun rise from the new pavilion Also. Now lots of beach to spread your beach chairs and blankets

Excellent Spot!

Been vacationing in Beach Haven for over 20 years, and this is one of the best places we've ever stayed! It's so close to everything, including the beach and the shops. Had a wonderful time, and cannot wait to return!

MDW 2023 Anniversary

This place was perfect for my wife and I. We were celebrating our anniversary during MDW 2023. It was very clean and had everything we needed, from a comfy bed, stove top and small kitchenette. The biggest perk is that we were 50 ft from the beach! Soooo lovely. We love Beach Haven and this place is centrally located to everything. Another perk we weren’t expecting was how close we were to public tennis courts that are free after 12pm. We were able to get a round it before leaving. Melissa was also super responsive and accommodating. Very grateful for such amazing hosts!

Easy beach access

Perfect spot for easy beach access and walking distance to all Beach Haven has to offer. Condo is clean and aligns perfectly to the description.

Very small place but convenient location

Our family of 3 barely have room to sleep in the condo. Kitchen is very small, impossible to cook a full meal and right space to eat. Otherwise place is clean, very close to beach, restaurants and activities for kids. There’s a deck with tables but without umbrella so not useable during the day because it’s too sunny and hot.

Tom, my son, and I purchased this unit in late December of 2004. In 2008 we updated it---from the new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen to a tile bathroom with sandstone tile, Island. You can see from the reviews that we have received, no one is ever disappointed. We personally clean each one---- So when you enter our condo, you will be very pleased!

Location, Location, Location!! We are located only 140' to the wonderful beaches on LBI! There is no street to cross and we are in walking distance to all of the favorite spots in Beach Haven, from the Surflight Theater to Fantasy Island and the waterslides. This is the perfect spot for all age groups. There is also a gazebo right at the entrance to the beach for shade and benches to sit on --a common deck area has two tables with four chairs provides unobstructed water views. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. H
